I live in College Station, Tx which is centerally located in the state. I am retired and enjoy taking photos of headstones and visiting these old cemeteries. Lots of interesting headstones and history. My one contribution is adding memorials of Veterans headstones I find to the database to honor them. I will correct or transfer any memorial to you if you are family or ancestor.

Saphfronia C Hamilton Cheairs. 9027510 Susan's ggggrandson has sent me lots of info on this family. As soon as I come to it, I will add the transcription on this stone. Could you move this photo to Saphronia's memorial. Thank you
headstone photo I don't know how you feel about this, maybe you don't care... but your photograph of the headstone for John Headlee original memorial (6445367) was copied and posted on John Headlee duplicate memorial (76809237).
James N. Morton Hi Brenda My name is Richard Morton and i am a great grandson of James Nicolas Morton who you have taken a picture of his grave at Black Jack Cemetery. His wife was Martha "Mattie" Morris Morton who died in 1897. I was wondering if you could see if her grave is next to his in the same cemetary. I am coming down there from St. Louis on the 13th and would like to visit her grave. But i need to know that she is there. Is there a possibility you can help me out. Thanks
Honey Grove Cemetery Hello Brenda: You have added a very nice photo of Oakwood Cemetery in Fannin Co. Texas.
I am trying to locate an old burial which ancestors' family recorded, "Buried in Honey Grove Cemetery, Fannin Texas"
Could you tell me if these are one in the same or if Honey Grove Cemetery designation is an older section of Oakwood, or if it has morphed, what ever...I'm confused with the several listings & same photo [or in one case, no cemetery photo.] Any help appreciated! Thank you ~Shirleen [history4sure]
