Byron Roff
Charles H. Roff
I received the death certificate of Charles H. Roff, who died 8/4/1906, and is buried in Fairmount Cemetery in Newark. He is definitely my 2 great grandfather's brother, as his parents, Elias and Mary Roff are listed as such on the dc. Thanks so much for this info.

Samuel G. Hayter - Woodlawn
Cindy - I noted you had listed Samuel at Woodlawn in NJ...I have him listed as well, at Woodlawn in NY. I am wondering what you have that placed him in NJ. I know he died there. He owned a plot at Woodlawn in NY which my husband now owns and with this we were given the list of interments...he is listed as on this list provided by Woodlawn (NY) as being buried there as is his wife Carrie.
There is no monument / headstone for any of the persons buried within the plot.
Do you have something different from Woodlawn in NJ? Please let me know so I can follow that up...
Thanks
P. Hayter

RE: Brauss ~ Woodland Cemetery
I assume you're reading obits at Genealogy Bank... do I win a cigar? I don't subscribe, but know I should. In any case, in the Newark area, names I'd be very interested in are mainly Brauss, Ruscovick, Kreuter, Hermes, and Thum. (I took care of my dad in his twilight as well, I know what you're going through.) Happy hunting! Rich.

RE: Holy Cross
Ok here you go. The Plot was bought in 1892 and they think there may be other transfered here in 1892 but it would cost money to do a further research on the grave.

This is what info they could give too me

Bandana Girl
Phebe A Clark Williams
Dear Cindy,
I am wondering how you obtained the additional information on the Phebe A Clark Williams page...?..."Wife of John Henry Williams-mother of Emma, Charles, Frank and Herbert". I am particularly interested in knowing the specific connection between the Williams and the Clarks. Was she a sister to Jacob Clark, or daughter, or is there another connection. I am related to Jacob's wife Maryetta, and trying to add in some information particularly on things like these, where there are possibilities, but no confirming answers. I assumed (perhaps incorrectly) that you might be related and might have more information on these folks because of the additional information.
Thank you in advance and Happy New Year!

RE: Frances Flor
My Grandfather is William Walsh. The only sibling of his that I actually remember is his brother Eddie. Eddie's daughter, Betty says that I favor Frances..she saw a picture of me on Facebook.Unfortunately, I don't remember Frances ~
