Bio and Links
Bio Photo In the last few days I have received many MANY emails requesting corrections that are really "please delete this memorial" and that there are several on here who feel as though I have intentionally added duplicate memorials. I assure you I WOULD NEVER add a duplicate memorial and at the time I added the memorials, there WERE NOT other existing memorials on this site. At the very least, I received one email that was a complete chastizing and uncalled for.

Therefore, AS OF TODAY, 5 JULY 2012, I WILL NO LONGER BE TAKING PHOTOS OR ADDING MEMORIALS FOR ANY CEMETERY, ANYWHERE. For ANY memorial that has been marked "duplicate" under my work, you MAY NOT copy the photo and then re-load it. Once the photo is gone, someone else will need to photograph the stone a second time.

Is there a reason that you have not linked Thomas Elmo Tatum and his wife Ida Hall Tatum?

Hi Denise,

I see that you have transferred the above listing to me - I will take good care of it.

Couldn't help but notice some of the negative correspondence you received. I was shocked! Please know that there are many viewers that are very grateful & enlightened by your hard volunteer work, including me.

Thank You
I appreciate you kind efforts to make these memorials.

It always pleases me to see a memorial of a kinship someone has contributed selfishly so others may have solid clues to work there Genealogy.

Fortunately only one have I had such issues as you have over multiple memorials. Sometimes a search can land zeros when we are off just one letter of a name, I had done my work as I thought and then made the memorial to get blessed out by someone when my spelling was correct is why my search did not show a memorial for that person.

God bless you for your works Denise.

Denise, Thank you for the transfer, but you did not need to do that.

I made the additions and corrections. Would you like for me to transfer back to you?

Thank you for all the nice photos and mems on those interred at Auburn Cemetery in Logan Co, KY. Many of them are my husband's family. Mrs. Matherly was a "Johnson"

Geraldine Wilson Scott
I received this note from you, via SAC:
"Please attach Geraldine Wilson Scott (#100026936) to Paul and Goldie as a child.

May I also ask how you are connected to this family? Goldie and Herron are my oldest children's great-grandparents."

I am not able to link the family, you need to contact the creator of Geraldine's memorial and ask her to add links to the memorials of her parents. That's just the way the website works.

My Aunt (that married into our family) is a Sircy and gave me all the info to add I am not related. She passed away a couple of years ago.

RE: Jonas Platt
Hi Denise,

It goes like this... Jonas -> Isaac Platt -> Lydia Platt who married Isaac Hamilton Bartram my third great grandfather. These Bartram's were from Redding, Bethel, Danbury and Sharon, CT. They moved around in the region a bit.
