Bio and Links
Bio Photo My name is Charles Perry. I am doing research on my father, Harold Perry Sr., & my mother, Marie McDaniel. So I am interested in the ancestors for my father's family of Perry-Phillips & my mother's family of Cotton-McDaniel.

Please contact me if you have any information about my family tree, Find A Grave postings & errors, or wish to request a transfer.

The following information is about using my Find A Grave photos & how I handle photo request.

Photos: Photos posted to memorials on Find A Grave are copyrighted & lifting the photo to use elsewhere without permission would be a violation of copyright. Find A Grave policy is to suspend accounts of repeated offenders. You are welcome to copy my Find A Grave pictures for your family tree & genealogy but please give me the courtesy of credit for my pictures with at least my name & the source- for example: "Find A Grave photo by Charles Perry". This only applies to my photos and if a picture was not taken by me, the caption will give information who took the picture. You will need to obtain that person's permission

Transfers: I will make transfers as per Find A Grave policy: "Transfer requests will be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not make the transfer." Also note Find A Grave policy for obtained transfers is to use the original memorial page to make updates and add information.

Thank You,
Charles Perry

RE: James Madison Hurley
As far as I can tell, this is the same James (Jim) Hurley. I found him listed as being married to Mahala Purkey.

re: Christopher Perry
Thank your for your inquiry regarding Christopher Perry. I do not have details on the location of his grave marker. You may want to contact the local genealogical/historical society. Perhaps they have sexton records.

RE: Transfer of Mary J. Perry Moffett
Hi Charles, I'll be glad to transfer to you, but I request everyone use the Edit tab (upper right edge of memorial). If you'll send me the request through the Edit/Suggest A Correction, I'll get it transferred. I ask for this to make sure I get the correct memorial. And its quicker & easier. Thanks, Bev

RE: Appreciation
The book I am writing is about love of a person transending death. I have a lot of photographic data showing the afterlife and even some video evidence. The death of Mr. York is included and I feel that I have a photograph of him from around 2007 and he died in 1905. This information covers a 30+ year period. You may send the photographs to adair_ken@hotmail.com or kadair@asresearchcenter.com Maybe he doesn't want me publishing a book including him. I may change the names in the book to keep people from bothering the site, etc.

RE: Appreciation
Sure sounds great. By the way Mr. York was murdered by his brother over a property dispute.
