RE: William Shelley
Hi Dennis - hope all is well with you - have not heard from you in awhile. Just wondering if you've been able to find out anything new on William Shelly? Thanks.

Gail Conn Bell
Dear Dennis,
Gail was my cousin and I'm so sorry to hear of her passing. Her father (Uncle Jonny)and my dad (Dewey or Uncle Dink as the called him ) were brothers any information you could send me on Gail would be greatly appretiated since we were not that close ie; how she passed away and how many children she had and any living siblings of hers. I believe the last we saw of you folks was up in Montana at my oldest sisters house some time ago.My dad is still living (84 yrs old) not doing all that great but sad to see them all leaving us.Thank you in advance for any information you can pass along. My email address is rogerconn09@comcast.net

Thanks Roger Conn....

RE: Just Checking In
Dennis,

I'm so sorry I haven't been on much help lately and have taken so long to get back to you. I am getting by, thank you. Everything has just been a whirl wind the last few months. My half sister Micaela sadly took her life in October, and I think it has really taken affect on myself and my family. I hope all is well with you? Oh, and feel free to use any photos I have taken; I generally ask people cite me as the photographer, so when used for research, it gives the work a citation to point to.

Peter & Sarah Oman Photo Request
Hi Dennis,

Peter & Sarah Oman are not buried in Schoolcraft Township Cemetery in Vicksburg, MI. They are buried in Schoolcraft Township Cemetery in Schoolcraft, MI. This is a case of duplicate memorials and confusion over the different cemeteries under the administration of Schoolcraft Township. Both creators appear to be inactive too. Their memorials (#45836249 )include photos. If you need confirmation about which cemetery is the correct one go to "http://www.kalamazoogenealogy.org/Cemeteries/Search.htm" and do a search of Oman. They have pictures of the stones there too.

Willhide Memorials
I was able to get out to photograph the Willhide and Wade memorials, although the Iowa weather has not been very cooperative so they are not "beautiful" pictures, so I do apologize. With regard to Joseph Willhide's monument, you can probably see that the engraving is quite worn and barely readable. Although probably not until the Spring, I plan to get back out to that cemetery and make some rubbings of some of the older markers to see if I can read any information. I will be sure to update you with anything I find.

Regards,
Allyn Spear

RE: Louisa Bell
Hi Dennis, I am still working on this, but her name was Eliza Jones, born about 1805 in Buffalo, Erie, New York, and died 20 May 1878 in Toledo, Lucas, Ohio. I haven't found a F.A.G. memorial for her yet, but am still looking as I do not want to duplicate one if it's there. I'll be sending you a SAC once I get it confirmed. Thanks again for all you do.
