My Uncle Wayne's daughter wrote the biograpy of Nettie and Alex back in 1970. She passed away in 2000. I didn't speak with her. I got a copy of the bio from my sister Dorothy. She was the family historian, but nothing more was mentioned about Nettie's dad or his heritge other than what's on the bio page. My Mom was estranged from Nettie after my Dad borrowed money from her to put down on a car. They never repaid her due to the depression hit and he was out of work. Even after my Dad died, Etta wouldn't call home thinking she wasn't welcome because of it. She died in 1944 and none of us knew anything about our grandparents until we went looking for them as retired adults. I wish I could help you with Delroy but I can't. My son helped me with the memorial. He has put a short chart on his website with jusy the Chase and Eatons backward from Alex and Nettie. Maybe that will help you. He just made it afte r I told him about your lettr. Hope that helps you. I don't get to the labtop often as I am in a ssisted living now and 90 birthday was last month. Hope this helps you. yes, you can use the bio and photos for your chart. Thank you for writing. Your cousinGrace

Terri, i inadvertantly created another memorial for her which i will delete as it was done after yours. However you might want to note that she is actually buried in the Oakwood Cemetery side of the Mauston Cemetery as that is where the headstones are.
Its all one cemetery now, I guess but Oakwood used to be separate and is on the west side of Attewell St. Mauston on the right.

Hi I'm Daniel. Jack's son. I was going through my adoption papers and was looking to find out about my family tree. I am residing in Minnesota now and would like to get in contact with my siblings/relatives. I was adopted out when I was 4-6 years old. I do not know much of what happened and would like to contact any relatives. My phone number is 7635164973. I am married with 2 kids and 1 more on the way. I would like to know my family and would love to meet them. It looks like I have a brother name Robert and a sister name Sandra. If anyone could contact me that would be great!
I notice that you have Dorathy Baker's memorial created. I just wanted to let you know that Dorathy passed away this past Monday. If you would like to add her obituary... it is as follows... I'll upload her photo to the memorial.
I hope all is well with you...
Dorathy A. Baker, 81, of rural Augusta, passed away Monday afternoon, August 18, 2014, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, surrounded by her loving family.
Dorathy Ann Baker was born Nov. 6, 1932, in Colfax, WI, the daughter of Albert and Lillie (Graves) Green. As a child she moved to rural Augusta in Wilson Township, where she attended Evergreen Country School and graduated from Augusta High School in 1950. Dorathy was united in marriage to Richard Baker on Sept. 12, 1953, in Augusta. The couple lived most of their married life in Ludington Township. For several years Dorathy was employed by the Woodworking Factory in Stanley. Dorathy enjoyed working in her flower and vegetable gardens and watching the local wildlife, especially the birds. She really loved the time spent fishing and camping on Prairie Lake in Chetek, spending time with her family and the many trips out west to see her children and grandchildren.
Dorathy will be deeply missed by Richard, her husband of nearly 51 years; 2 sons, Gregory Baker of Hill City, S.D, Michael (Jill) Baker of Augusta; daughter, Ramona Van Horn of Long Beach, Mississippi; grandson, Scott (Lorien Graysay) of Devils Tower, WY; 3 granddaughters, Angela (Tim) Ross of Hill City, S.D, Ashley Skaare of Rapid City, S.D, Cassie Galinda of Eau Claire; 10 great-grandchildren; and several very special nieces and nephews. Dorathy was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Patrick and Neal Baker; sisters, Irene Drehmel, Fay Drehmel, Betty Drehmel; and brothers, James, Elmer and Laurence Green.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 21, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Ludington Township, with Pastor Ricky Bertels officiating. Burial will be in the Ludington Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Anderson Funeral Home in Augusta, and one hour prior to services Thursday at the church.

|prairie girl||Archie & Irene Eaton|
Wanted you to know that Archie & Irene Eaton are not buried in Brooklyn Crystal Cemetery. They are both in Champlin Cemetery in Hennepin County MN. There are existing memorials in the correct cemetery with photographs of the stones. The memorials in Brooklyn Crystal Cemetery are duplicates with the wrong cemetery info and will have to be deleted. Hope this info is helpful to you.
|LVaughn||Eaton, Archie & Irene|
Just letting you know that I emailed the person who has the burial list for Brooklyn-Crystal Cemetery and he reports that neither Archie Eaton or his wife Irene are listed in the records for that cemetery. Hope this information is helpful.
