Ed Smith's photo
Thank you for your time and effort to supply the information I requested. I am really perplexed at this point as it leaves more questions than answers. Why no marker and no date of birth. Where are his parents (my uncle and wife) Alfred and Vera Smith buried. They were moved from St. Mary's German Cemetery in McKeesport and by whom and when and why wasn't he laid to rest with them at the same cemetery and why was a single grave purchased when he had a daughter. Was he buried by the county as a pauper? WOW Eddie was my first cousin and although we were not close, my mother and his father certainly were. Again, thanks. I appreciate your thoughtfulness and time in delivering my request.

Florence Cathers
just found an obit with the name Florence K. Cathers Baumgartel- so perhaps that name is the name she was buried under, despite SSDI calling her Cathers.

Hi Richard,

Just noticed you also can look up obits. My grandfather and his siblings were ethnic Germans who all immigrated to Pittsburgh in the early 1900s. I'm working on collecting all the information I can about them and would love to get copies of obituaries that are not available on Where do you find them?

Thanks, Sara

Allen and Watts pictures
Thank you very much for researching the burial sites of the Watts and Allen families. Too bad none of them have tombstones.

Isabella Negley Beatty
Thank you for the headstone photo, and the cemetery plot directory. Difficult to refute that this Isabella is a Negley, for sure.
