|I have contributed over 1800 memorials , most of which are not related to me. I have transferred as many of those as I have been requested to into the care and keeping of relatives. I photo graves. I dont add complete bio's that I have no way of verifying. Save that for genealogy sites where they belong.|
If you find errors, I am happy to correct them to match the stone. I will even trust so far as to add months and days when not on the stone as long as contradictory information isnt available.
I photograph stones so you can find your loved ones and ancestors. Thats what I do.
I take no compensation and don't copyright the photos so that you may freely use them.
Please dont ask me to create a complete life story for each individual. If you wish to do that, ask for a transfer.
For those who have written in the kind spirit of the site, and those who have posted my ancestors, thank you for your dedication. It is appreciated!

|Gregory James||Questions about Lebbeus Allshouse stone|
I'm a descendant of Lebbeus Allshouse, son of Joseph Allshouse and father of Mary Alice (my GGrandmother) and Cyrus, as well as three others.
What puzzles me is that the stone at #31767585 has birth and death dates that don't make sense. My guy was born on 25 Mar 1825 in Westmoreland, Pennsylvania and died at Scott Prison in Richmond, VA during the Civil War on 14 Feb 1864 (or possibly the 15th), a victim of smallpox.
Something seems wrong. I'm guessing this is a different Lebbeus, son of a different (?) Joseph. Is it possible that your genealogical info is incorrect about the kids?
Thanks for helping me puzzle this one out.
Thank you Karen for the transfer and most of all creating the page.

Thank you for linking
I notice what appears to be a Civil War marker on the grave, and was wondering if this could be the James Cline that was in the 11th,Pa.Vol.Inf.Reg.Co.F
