RE: Louisa Jane Holley Walley
Hi Karen. The majority of my research and documented evidence shows that both of L.J. Holley Walley's parents were born in Ohio. There is one census that indicates her father was born in England, but I'm now guessing that is a mistake. Perhaps HIS parents were born in England. I don't know anything about them nor do I have information on Hamilton Walley's parents. I have one piece of evidence that suggests Hamilton is the grandson of Jacob and Elizabeth Walley. However, I have yet to find a name for his father or any concrete documentation to back up my hunch. I hope this helps. I am not the manager of the Find A Grave memorial for L.J. Holley, so I cannot change the information that's posted there. We can suggest an edit though. I believe the manager is a descendent of one of L.J.'s sisters.
