Hi Louis,
I checked the 1920 US census for Kathryn E. Henninger, and noticed that she and Clyde were residing in the household of John and Lilly Murphy. That helps to clarify the connection. Kathryn is listed in the 1925 Iowa census as Kathryn Murphy, the single daughter residing with her parents, John and Lilla.
It seems as if her first marriage was annulled, as she took up her maiden name again and claimed single status as opposed to divorced status. Of course divorce had a stigma back then, or she may not have been able to divorce for religious reasons.
Interesting find :-)

Hi Louis,
You sent a snippet of the 1920 census with the names Katherine E. and Clyde T. Henninger for Kathryn Boynton's memorial page. Was she married to Clyde prior to her marriage to David F. Boynton? The connection is not clear.
