Anyone who finds a photo of their relatives tombstones on a memorial, taken by myself, has my permission to use it. Photo credit would be appreciated! Earlier photo's were downgraded in size to fit this site's requirements and I normally have a higher resolution photo, just ask.

I finally found Oscar and Dorothy. Next to them, I think is there daughter. Diane Spersrud Schlage 1932-2010. If you would like this, create a memorial and I will gladly add picture.

Do you have any idea were in Buffalo they may be. I located 15 graves there today, but could not find yours. I won't give up, found one today that I have been looking for over a year.

Photo request
Hi Paul,
Requesting permission to use the photo of Ida and Thornton Newman's cemetery marker in our personal tree. Ida is Bruce's cousin and the photo will make a great addition to our tree.

I found a list of internments that simply says "compiled from records by Jane McCann Walsh and E. M. Whetsel". Unfortunately, that's all the info. I have. Having died in 1837, his headstone (assuming he's buried there) may either have disappeared or there may not have been one and they were working from a source other than the headstones. Wish I could tell you the sources. If you determine this is an incorrect entry (which is possible), I'd be happy to delete it. Or, if you'd like me to transfer it to you, you can edit it however you want as you research. Just let me know.

Making Connection

With the name Patton would you be related to Beulah Patton in Hampton. My wife and I met her a few years back. Her son and daughter-in-law live in the same town I do, Lacey, Washington. I taught school with both.

When I was in Hampton I didn't think to visit the cemetery. Just discovered that my GG Grandfather and Grandmother are buried there. Currently trying to gather family history information. Would appreciate any additional help if you can provide it. Looking for obituaries of any of the Watts, David Watt, his wife, and Charlotte "Lottie" Watt Rose.

Hope to hear from you.

Thank you for your time and skill (and for braving this unpredictable Wisconsin weather, Paul). The pictures look great.
