I have researched my family tree for several years. My husband and I spent vacations going to different states looking up papers and photos. I lost my husband, brother, and twin sister who started me on the family tree in the last four years. Now it gives me something to do. I live in the middle of the oilfields in Taft California. I have two daughters, son in law and two grandchildren. I was raised in Seattle Wash. and Michigan. I am doing the Gross family and trying all the branches to see what I can find. I have information on the Wright side of the family that goes back to 946 i think. Some items are still in storage. I don't live very far|
from the Westside Cem. and Midway Cemetery.in Taft. Of course no one does case its such a small town. I do not work out of the house and find the family tree helps to take up the time of the long days.

I am not quite clear what you are asking me to do. Is there a particular request I need to remove?

Joan, have a look at my virtual cemetery, "My Kin". If you have any questions, let me know.

Joan, It looks like you uploaded three copies of the same photo on the memorial for him. #17868868 I suggest you remove two so the marker photos can come to the front page. If you ever need help with Grosses in New England, let me know.

Joan: Did you know my grandmother? I've been to her gravesite and there is no marker, if you are looking for one.

Hello...I am happy to help but I need the cemetery name and location Lewis

|David Balfour||Balfour Infant|
The information you placed on Find-a-Grave related to an infant child of Albert and Emma Balfour with birth in 1855 and death in 1856 is impossible because Albert was born in 1855 and there is no Balfour infant buried in the cemetery with those dates.
|David Balfour||Robert D. Balfour|
The parents of the Robert (Bert) Balfour shown in Woodlawn Cemetery in Marine City, Michigan, was James S. and Kittie [Butlin] Balfour. His parents were Henry and Maria [Caswell] Balfour. Bert went down with the steamer Clemson when she sank in Lake Superior in1908. The stone is a memorial. No remains are buried in the cemetery.

Sorry for the loss of your mother, Joan. I have transferred her memorial to you.
|Duke Thatcher||RE: Harry Scott|
Joan: Harry doesn't have a marker on his grave. What interest do you have in him? Thanks. Duke Thatcher
