incorrect grave identification
Several years ago I visited the burial site of John Robinson (1811-1853) which is located in a privately owned pasture on Hwy 64 in Lauderdale County. I have photographs of the site which show two tombstones and several burials marked with field stones. Although photographs do not clearly show the dates ("J Robinson was born 7 August 1811 DC [deceased] 26 Sep 1853") careful study of the photograph does. In addition, they are legible when actually seen when visiting the burial site.

I am familiar with the tombstone at Richardson's Chapel Cemetery and revisited it on June 12, 2016. Although the name is still somewhat legible, I still could not discern any dates--even with a rubbing. In view of the fact that I know for certain the location of the burial of the second John Robinson, I feel that the burial in Richardson's Chapel Cemetery is most likely that of his father John Robinson who died in Lauderdale County sometime between 1828-1838. This John Robinson was married to Martha Raye. They were the parents of ten children; six of whom are known to have stayed in Alabama, two who went to Mississippi and two whose history beyond marriage in Alabama is unknown.

Wondering if you are related to people in this cemetery? If not, would you consider transferring your memorials to my management? I am related to 95% of the people and would like to link memorials and
add information as needed. I can send you individual requests as I get to them. Thank you.

Edits needed
Hi Joy,
I added a picture of Danny Ray Wyrick 116020525 from his headstone, and also a link for his father Ray Monroe Wyrick 161127330. They are both my cousins, I lost track of Danny Ray and his mother after Ray Monroe died and I also lost track of Rays mother. I know I have pictures of Ray M when we were growing up and several I took of Danny at his dad's funeral. I will post them when I find them.
I am emailing this message to you
Thanks Fran
