Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Illinois and love genealogy and find a grave. I like to try and fulfill any requests for fag and am willing to help anyone who needs it.
I am willing to transfer any sites I do to family members. Lately I am getting emails asking about Information on some people that I have input. Please use the EDIT BUTTON. I am not into how many photos I can post with the information like it is some kind of race to do the most. I just want to do the best job I can and I am always open for suggestions on my errors when asked.
This is a great site for people looking for genealogy family and for loved ones.

Anna Ashcraft Steidley
I saw that you have the memorial for Anna Steidley. I have a newspaper obit for her husband and wanted to make him a memorial page but the info in the obit says West cemetery (the Moweaqua News) Do you know which cemetery this is? I am in Louisiana and don't know that area. Thanks

RE: William Earp
Thank you for responding, Donna. Margaret, b.1836, and buried in Brick Chapel is the daughter of Lucinda & John Henry's marriage. John died in 1862 as a result of injuries received during the Civil War. As you state, Lucinda then married William 6 years later and, to my knowledge, they had no children. The "other" Martha Henry is Sarah Reeves & Daniel Henry's daughter and Lucinda & John Henry's granddaughter, born in 1855. Daniel is also Lucinda & John Henry's son. My interest lies with the Henrys. To my knowledge, we have no connection to the Earp family. I see the comment that Martha, b.1836, is his daughter remains in William's bio. If interested, see the 1860 US Census for confirmation of the relationship between John & Lucinda and Daniel & Martha Henry, et al.:) I'm delighted you are so open to new information! Again, thanks. Holler if I can be of any help whatsoever.

Earp
Janet, I just checked the duplicate and I noticed it appears to have been deleted so perhaps the form I entered did work.

Janet, I am unable to delete the other entry because it was entered by someone else. I am only the current manager and unable to delete anything previously entered. I tried to use the delete form but it didn't work. Perhaps you should ask findagrave to delete it.

The formatting was lost in the previous post, but basically it will show you what you currently have, what I am suggesting to change, and then you select whether or not you will accept the changes. If you do, the changes are made with the click of a button, and you don't have to retype anything.

This is what I sent on Sheridan
Here is what my edit suggestion looked like. I'm going to send it again on his new memorial so you can go thru the edit tab and accept the changes, Okay?

RE: Maude Decker Krohn
Sounds good, I'll e-mail a reminder in May. Also, you might want to pass on to Maude's family (if they are interested) that I have more information on the Strunk family line. It goes back to our Revolutionary War patriot William Strunk. My mother and I were both brought into DAR with this line. :)

RE: Maude Decker Krohn
Janet, would you know if Maude or her family had any pictures of her parents? I don't think anybody on our side has ever seen a pic their parents Henry Decker or Lutisha Strunk. I know it's a long shot, just thought I'd ask. :)

Maude Krohn's sister Goldie
I thought you might enjoy seeing a pic of Maude's sister Goldie. This is from a xerox my mom received. Goldie Kempfer memorial 137741217

Samuel and Angeline Wright
In the picture of Samuel and Angeline in their senior years, the caption has them marrying in 1871 while stating that Angeline was born in 1880.
According to my tree and the other sources I have seen, she was born in 1850.
