Stith Bonner Sale, d. 1942
I am wondering where you found the place of death in Colorado. S.B.'s brother John A. Sale died 17 Oct 1942 in Ordway, Colorado, but I haven't been able to find S. B. there. Or anywhere else, for that matter. I would certainly appreciate your help - thank you! Maggi A

Cornelius Snyder
I am looking for a Cornelius Henry Snyder,Born in the 1800's, that is from Aurora, Ill. He was married to Arline (Wagner)Snyder and having 3 children. I believe this Cornelius #2569537 might be my great great great grand father. My great great grand mother was born in 1861 the same yr. you have him down to have been in the infantry. Do you happen to know if these 2 are the same person. I would really appreciate it if you could find out for me then get back with me.
Thank you,
Cindy McDaniel

RE: Rev. Adam Hodam and Family
Thank you Mr. Kasper. A nice lady named Diane Goodboe contacted me in Dec. 2010 about some of my Boggs family graves that I had put on Find A Grave....she sent me one of "The Journal Of James H. Hodam" and also sent one for our Gallia County Historical and Genealogical Society.

Hodam
Thank you for all the information and pictures you put on Find A Grave for the Rev. Adam Daniel Hodam's family. I relate through Adam's first wife, Eliza Ellen Grant who was born in Walnut Twp., Gallia Co., OH.

George W. Green
Hi, the memorial in Patoka cemetery for George W. Green # 156646769 needs to be removed. Ill. death index indicates that he is buried in Vandalia, Twp. I located his memorial. He and his wife are buried at Pinhook #86749339. I sent in an edit for the year he died. There is a typo in the cemetery list for Pinhook that the memorial was made from. I will look for stones for them the next time I'm at Pinhook.

Thanks,
Anna

RE: Capt. Samuel Shellenberger
I think that's a very likely spot for him. Maybe it will help find a marker, or if someone knows otherwise they'll correct us.

RE: Sgt Cyrus Whigham
Russell,

I went back to the cemetery to recheck the location for Cyrus Whigham. The markers for all the confederate soldiers have apparently been removed, likely during the relocation of the burials.

RE: Sgt Cyrus Whigham
Russell,

You are absolutely correct that the marker did not belong to Cyrus Whigham. I indicated in the comments that it was representative of those buried in unmarked graves. Many of the similar unknown markers are virtually unreadable. Since this was a representative photo only, do you still wish for me to delete it?

I noticed that you established two memorials for Sgt Whigham, one listing his burial site as Chalmette, the other as Greenwood. Greenwood is the correct location. I would recommend, in the name of accuracy, that the Chalmette memorial be removed completely since he is not there, or list it as original burial site.

Joe
