I have worked on genealogy for a number of years. My family interests are Burnell, Utterback, Taylor, Burkholder, Burton, McColley, White, and Brown. Since retiring, I have become interested in Findagrave and have been working more on my "roots". Cemeteries have always fascinated me and now I have trouble driving by one without taking pictures. I am happy to transfer family, add or link or make corrections. Please do not enter duplicates. Please do not be a "collector" of graves. If you are NOT going to add information, do NOT request a transfer just to have the entry. I find it very important as much information is saved as possible especially photos of the headstones as so many are in poor condition. I love for family to find my entries.|

Sometimes things just happen. I have found the same thing with mine. All we can do is keep going and know you are doing a great work. I have been going back through my old books and records, starting to "Clean" up a room filled with papers....
Have a great day.

Thank you very much, but if Section K is not in 'Babyland' then neither is Leston.
I must have misunderstood the person at the office that day, but they did look up the burial data, and searched to see if the father was buried there also, or if Leston was in a family lot.
The burial location of Section K will be correct, I am not correct in calling it "Babyland' - I still have NOT found the father, Herman Hill, but just recently made the request and a photo has been taken of Leston's mother's monument.
Perhaps I will unravel the mystery and find Herman Hill yet. Thank YOU so much for your contributions and works of Find A Grave.
|Graver Gal||Ader Hunt|
I added the information for Ader.
Would you like a transfer? She is not related to me.
|Gaye Hill||Leston Hill|
I did speak to the office and did learn the actual grave is unmarked.
But I would very much like a photo of the general area, or specifically the "Babyland" area.
Since Leston's burial spot is at the front of a row, that would be appropriate.
Thank you for being a Find A Grave volunteer.

Good morning Sir. The picture you posted of the headstone of Marion L. Gaddis, is my maternal grandfather. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! My Mom could not remember what cemetary he was buried in; and he passed way before I was born. You have truly brought my grandfather to his daughter and grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and for that I will be eternally grateful to you Sir. Did you know him?
