RE: Woodruff Family Cemetery
I'll be going down to NC. In a few weeks will see what we can do. Thank you for the work on the cemetery . My cousin Patty and I did some cleaning a few years ago.

you are welcome and glad to help out.
Are you a relative? I'll transfer the memorial to you if you want. Just let me know.

I didn't have a problem with the parents you were adding. The edit was also removing her spouse which is why I rejected the update. If you resubmit without removing the spouse, I will do the updates.

RE: Mary D Bryden
Lets stay with Decker - for now. There actually are a few entries in Lackawanna marriage licenses for people with the name Dicker -;- all much later in time -- but there are many more Deckers and its spelled that way on her own license. That said, her license looks like it was filled in by the clerk....I dont see a signature .... so, I will look for other sources to confirm one way or another
. Thanks for alerting me.

I'll be happy to remove the "D" middle name and add her maiden name as you suggested. But her marriage license says "Mary E Decker". Do you have other info that it's "Dicker" and not "Decker"?

Thanks so much, it's also one of my favorite photographs! I took it at night and was assisted by a tripod, full moon and LONG exposure.

Hi Allan
I know that a stone is not on the plot for Sansenbaugh. My husband's aunt give the remaining graves to her church, it is odd that they used them for someone that had money and was able to put a stone on it with their family name. It is marked but not with Sansenbaugh.

I have checked with the boro office, they have no record of her. Unfortunately, she may be there but she may be buried on someone else's lot. Its kind of confusing but they didnt start keeping track of burials by the year until 1956. And the map only shows lot owners, not individual burials. So theres 2 ways to find her, just happen to stumble upon her headstone, or be able to find out the name of lot owner where shes buried. I work there part time so I will keep my eye out for them while Im mowing.

Do you know what section, row, and grave number? You have to have them to take a picture of his grave. I live 10 miles from the cemetery. They are buried side by side not stacked. That would be a very deep hole. They buried them in coffins. Be glad to take some pictures if you have those numbers. Thanks for your time.
