We are a Husband and Wife Team who live in Starke, Florida. We have a special hobby of visiting cemeteries and taking photos and researching our family trees. |
We combine this with tent camping and nature walks in State Parks. We find a cemetery that needs photos and a State Park nearby. We take photos in the morning and enjoy the park the rest of the day.
We only list photos we have taken, If no memorial is listed, we create one.
Our tree research is very extensive; and searching for more each day. We are researching Wise, Vickers, Weeks, Boggs, Tuggle, and many more.
We will delete, correct, add to or Transfer. We ask that to request a transfer that you know of the person or be related. It's our goal to transfer any family member or person, to someone that will remember them.
You may use our Headstone photos, Also please give us credit for the photo. We have copies of all the photos we have ever taken. Our photos are for your personal use only and may not be used for profit or be sold without permissiom. If the photo is of my family, permission is denied unless permission is requested.
If you don't get an answer quickly to your e-mail, we may be on one of our trips. We usually answer all emails within one hour of receving it.
To the ones who say we do this for the numbers, This is a hobby we enjoy doing, We take our time and commitment very serious. We answer 40-50 edit emails per day and do photo request. We also help others in their search. This is secondary to our visit to Cemeteries to take photos.
To the ones who have no contact information, You are missing out! Need I say more!

I am sorry, I have added an obituary for him. That is all of the information that I have regarding Mr. Wise.

|Becca||Wise Family Tree|
Good evening.. I was trying to go back to the Wise Family Tree site that you created. For some reason, it doesn't seem to be working. Just wondering if it is still available to go to view some more information on the Wise's. Thanks so much.

You have created her burial record 25207990 at the Bethlehem Baptist Cemetery in Elba, Coffee County, AL. There is another record for her at the same cemetery with her married name Hataway 41717272. I
put in a request for a photo of her gravestone, but it exists on 41717272. Unfortunately, I cannot withdraw my request on findagrave, but these records need to be consolidated.
Thank you, Andrea

Hi, could you transfer Green B. Ritch (1822-1887) to me? He is my 4th great grandfather. Thank you very much.

You are very welcome. I drove by this and just noticed it. It seems in the winter months the family cemeteries uncover themselves. It still amazes me the number of family cemeteries just placed anywhere. Sure it was on a piece of their property. Growing up in Florida I had never seen this.
If there is anything else I can help you with in this area just let me know.
Would be interested in finding out how John Jr died and which battle in the Civil War it happened in. He was so young!

Did I forget to say HAPPY NEW YEAR TO you both!!!
|Earl & Gail||RE: Jean Evans Engler - Thank You!|
Thanks for the additional information. Yes, Jean was in the Korean War..and WWII..and the Vietnam War. He surely must have been a "war"rior. And thanks for your many years of service!!
|Earl & Gail||Jean Evans Engler - Thank You!|
Thank you so much for posting the picture of Lt.
Gen. Jean Evans Engler! I am very curious about where you found it. I have been doing family research for many years. I've done well on my mother's side (Dennis),going back to the 2000's BC However I ran into a big roadblock in attempting to research my father's family (Evans). It appears that most crucial information was destroyed in the Great Baltimore Fire of 1904, so my research on the Evans' basically ended there. My father, Edmund, spoke often of his cousin (my 1st cousin, 1xremoved) Jean, and now I actually know what he looked like! If you recall where you found his pic, would you please let me know?
I also enjoyed reading your profile. I too volunteered as a contributor for FindAGrave but have not been active lately, and certainly not as active as you! Thanks for all you do to help folks find lost family and friends!
