 | George W. West m. Nancy Clayton ( Hi Becky,
While searching through estate cases at the Forsyth County probate court I came across the interesting fact that my ancestor George W. West married your Nancy Bagwell Clayton on 28 January 1892, just three years before he passed away. It seems like she never changed her name and was buried as Nancy Clayton. I was wondering you had sources for her birth name being Bagwell or anything else about this short marriage. I can't find my ancestor George W. West's grave anywhere and I thought this might be a clue! Thank you!

 | RE: Email I noticed one of your memorials for Mary Wright in the Enon Cemetery in Woodstock had no grave marker photo. I went by there on Saturday and could not find a grave marker with her name on it, but I did find a large plot with four Wrights buried there. There are no names or dates, just a main marker named Wright and four small markers with initials on them. Could these be the markers for Mary and her siblings? The markers with initials are MMW, IDW, JDW & BVW. If they are the markers for Mary, Ike, Dean and Bessie I will add these photos for them in findagrave.Added by CJBISHOP on Apr 01, 2013 12:22 PM | | | CJBISHOP
 | Email Becky, Did you get my email regarding the Wright memorials in the Enon Cemetery? Is your bellsouth email that is listed in your profile here at findagrave still valid?Added by CJBISHOP on Apr 01, 2013 9:39 AM | | | Wally McCollum
 | William E. McCollum Becky, The photo you posted is on the wall of one of the churches he pastored. I believe it was on Burnt Hickory Road. They showed it to me about ten years ago when I was visiting to do some research. I hadn't seen it in the church book where you found it. The picture of the bride and groom following it is, I believe, misidentified. I have it in a collection of photos given to me at a Brown family reunion, which was my maternal grandmother's maiden name. I have a family photo of her entire family taken in about 1905 and the woman in the wedding photo appears to be her eldest sister. I'm probably the one who made the mistake in the first place, but the more I look at it, the more I think I got it wrong. Wally | | | TWCP

 | John Mitchell Memorial When you get a chance, please revisit the memorial of John Mitchell #31832337. I took a photo of the headstone this week and you can now correct the name and the dates.Added by CJBISHOP on Mar 10, 2013 4:03 PM | | | F Chambers
