I love Find-a-Grave. What a great tool for genealogists.|
My current project - photographing the cemeteries closest to my part of southeast Georgia. I'm also very slowly gathering obituaries at my local library and posting them. They contain so much information.
I hope my efforts are providing information for people who, like me, don't have physical access to the burial place of their relatives.
If you find I've opened a memorial page in Find-a-Grave for your relative and would like me to transfer management to you - just make your request using the "Edit" tab on the memorial page for the person you wish me to transfer.
Mine - Drew, Allison, Smith, Reed, Caldwell, Barclay, Winn, Clark
Husband's - Woodard, Martin, Register, Wells, Powell, Bishop, Sanford, Thomas

Would you please check the year of death for the above - #76030416? It shows 1884 but I think she died in 1881. (Liberty County, Georgia)
Her husband, Nathaniel Pratt Quarterman, married again May 22, 1883. Records show that he was a widower.
Thank you for a great job!

I appreciate you adding my husband's information! I think this is awesome website and it seems like an awesome hobby. So if I traveled around and took pictures and posted what was written on the stone is that ok?

Hi there, I see your family line includes the Caldwells. Any chance you are related to the Caldwell family of Clearfield or Clinton Co. PA? I'm new to genealogy research so when I see my family name randomly pop up I get excited!
|Linda Manning||Carlton Iler|

Thank you, Linda Manning
