Bio Photo FYI: PLEASE USE EDIT TAB FOR CORRECTIONS ,ITS TOP RIGHT ON MEMORIAL PAGE. I approve of them with 1 push of a button..ty. .Yes you may use my photos as u please, but be so kind to give me credit when using them,ty..Also, I replaced my 5mp camera with a 18 mp. so my photos will be more clear..I will transfer non family names, so just ask..I miss all my late relatives, even the ones I only heard stories about.they r all loved & missed & helped me be the person I & my kids are today.
Also, having 3 kids , keeps me busy, so if I don't have the dates up right away ,it's because I just got up the names for now, & will add dates asap.sorry for any inconvenience...we work together...plus I add the pics asap also. psss please look on the" Snyder County PA Gen Web" under cemeteries, they have list there to check ur location of graves.Although I have been informed by cemetery workers that whole graves have been dug up & moved to other cemeteries, that is another reason why some are not found where we thought they are.If u see u cant find someone at a cemetery,,,,maybe they are not there, look on this web page....ty...Also see Union County Pennsylvania Cemetery records, that has names dates too , nice listings for information in that county. Also Juniata county has a nice cemetery listing wth names in a lot of cemeteries. Also if u r looking for veterans information, Snyder County web site has a nice list under Veterans affairs , cemeteries listings, then also a listing of where they buried & a list what war they in, very nice, although I having used it intensely, found a few/ maybe couple errors since I have used it inside & out & walked the cemeteries row by row taking pics. So its not 100% but pretty good any questions just ask me.okay Ty.ALSO:::Please note the following when buring person buried in this cemetery:Grubbs...

SNYDER COUNTY was created from Union County on 2 March 1855
and
UNION COUNTY was created on March 22, 1813, from part of Northumberland County.

Jacob Hassinger
Hi Tiffany, I have been adding a few photos that I took at Hassinger's Cemetery. I found a stone for Jacob Hassinger#66843001 and have added it. I think this is correct, but please check and let me know if I am wrong. Thank You! Mark Weitzel

RE: hi
You're correct - Henry Conrad's son's obit lists his father as Henry David Conrad. And I assume based on the name match alone, people have linked them as father and son. I've run into too much bad research based on 'same name' assumptions, which is why I'm hoping to find a record like HDC's pension which would provide evidence to back up the assumption.

RE: hi
Hi Tiffany,

We share common ancestors in Henry Conrad and Lydia Sierra.

I'm currently researching whether Lydia's Henry is the same Henry D Conrad who was the Civil War vet who died in 1893. Findagrave.com has them linked as husband and wife but I have yet to find a *primary* source that indicates the same. That Civil War vet's pension went to a woman named Mary, so if it's Lydia's Henry, then Mary is either a second wife or a daughter.

I've ordered Henry D Conrad's civil war pension from the National Archives, so that should clear it up once and for all.

Take care,

Kyle

Phares Troup #91352810
I think Phares Troup in my tree have the wrong
parents. They gave Moses and Elizabeth as parents.
I just had a leaf pop up with his death record
and gave Jacob Troup and Katie Bickhart,Troup
as his parents. Why do all these tree people
have Moses for his parents?
Cuz Carolyn
