I live in Bell, FL, down on the beautiful Suwannee River. Since my retirement from Shands Hospital I have been researching genealogy for the benefit of our children, so that they may know their ancestors. I am especially interested in the family members that served in the military, so that suceeding generations will know their family members that gave so much for our freedom.
FAG is a passion of mine. I love travelling to various cemeterys. I enjoy the thrill of meeting and working with other FAG members. Have met some very nice people, even some distant relatives in FAG.
When I go to fulfill requests in a cemetery, I usually take as many pics as time will allow. I am county keeper for Gilchrist County, FL. If there is ever anything I can do for you in the Gilchrist, Dixie, Lafayette, and Suwannee Counties, please let me know.
Due to my concern for accurate information, if you find that memorials that I have entered contain errors, please do notify me so that the info can be corrected.
Also, if I have entered memorials for a close family member of your's, I will be thrilled to transfer ownership of that memorial to you for maintenance so that you can personalize your beloved one's memorial. Just let me know.
My research begins with the Blitch, Goolsby, Akins, Williams, Hart, Howell, Lewis, and Langston lines.

Good Afternoon: Dan was my first cousin, I just wanted to let u know for correcting u connected him to his grandfather Pleas 184311375 interred in Taylor COunty. His Father is actualy interred in the same cemetery as Dan(Windsor) he is Pleas 40055978

Hi, You have listed someone at the Day Cemetery in Suwannee County so I am contacting you to see if you can tell me where this cemetery is?
There is a Find A Grave request for Minnie Meeks who is listed in that cemetery, but danged if I can't find it.

Hello,
While doing ancestry research for my husband's side of the family I hit a wall when it came to his grandfather on his mother's side, George H. Howell. I found info on a George H. Howell that was married to Nathan Americus Calhoun Manning. George was her 3rd husband. I need more info on George if you know anything so I can be sure he is the right one. Also any more info on Nathan Americus would be appreciated. She seemed to be a very "colorful" character according to her bio I got off Genelogy.com. Thanks for your help.
