RE: Infant Son 161007225
In this plot there is only one infant McQuillan..the 1931 one. The stone is next to Edward McQuillan and behind Lucille and James. I do not find a death record for the 1980 date but I also can not find my reference for 1931..It was most probably a family tree for Joseph. Maybe I have the wrong parents...I will go back and look for a tree for Edward. Confusion!!!!

RE: Sisters/Nuns
I have photographed 4 areas that are for sisters and have not gotten them all added yet. I am sure those are in the bunch. I will work on them some more this week end. Some of the stones are very worn so I am trying to make them out. C

RE: Your Contributions
There are several of us who are doing work on the Catholic Cemetery so hopefully we can all get it documented correctly. I have over 1,100 photos that I have taken at the cemetery and I am trying to get them added to the memorials. As I finish a section I mark it off on the cemetery map that I have. I am not even half through taking photos. After I finished photographing all of the memorials I plan to go back and do some rubbings on the stones that are unreadable. I probably won't get to that until this fall when the weather cools again. I was over there the other day and there was a funeral going on. The man from Fox and Weeks came over and told me to be careful because the cemetery next door had had a car stolen the week before from someone who was visiting. Every Cemetery in Savannah seems to be in a rough neighborhood now and it is dangerous for families to visit. So sad. I have a 40 year veteran of law enforcement, my husband, who goes with me at times. I do love to go over there in the morning, it is very beautiful. m
My granddaughter has offered to help me with some of the photographs and it appears that I am going to need that help if I ever plan to get the survey finished. Keep adding memorials and information and I'll keep getting the photographs and hopefully we can all get it straightened out, and have a wonderful record for all. Thanks for everything... cjs

Ms. Joanne didn't want to bother you again. But, after talking to family members of Gerald Rudene Williams ( his wife). His final resting place is at Rosemary Cemetery, in Candler county.
After doing a search, there is already a memorial that was created for him on Dec.16,2006, with photo of grave and all, Created by savchaga.#7046725.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Like you said on your bio "By preserving Our past,we prepare for the Future! That one transcription or photo can make a difference!"
