|MEMORIALS: I am more than happy to transfer any memorials, there is no necessity for it to be a certain number of generations. If they are in your family, just ask and the transfer will come.|
PHOTOGRAPHS: Please feel free to add any photographs you want in order to enhance any memorial. They are greatly appreciated.
EDITS: Please use the edit button to make any changes necessary. If it is a person in your family though, just ask for a transfer and you can make the changes that you feel are needed.
RESPECT: Please treat myself and others with the respect that our loved ones would expect from us. None of us OWN these memorials and we should be working together to make it what it is: A memorial to a passed loved one.
INFORMATION TO SHARE: Anything that I have posted is free to be used in any site you please. I have put it here for it to be used and shared. I would just ask that you list me as the source. If not, I will just take it as an oversight on your part, and be delighted to see it being used.

Thank you so much for the photos and use of the photos of the Deweys in Mahaiwa Cemetery! I looked and the headstone you are talking about-Harriett, dau of ? Justin...she is the daughter of Justin and Lucy (and the headstone does look like it may read the same info I have on my tree). She died April 6, 1814. She was 14 years old. I will send an edit on her memorial. Awesome!!
Have a great day!

Thanks for the pictures and gps coordinates of the grave sites. These are my grandfather's sister and brothers.I was there in 2013 and could not find the locations of the graves.
I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I was away for Thanksgiving.
A belated thank you for your photographs of David Washington Beardsley's and Betsey Beardsley's tombstones. And a special thank you for the photograph of Julia's; I would not know of her existence without your photo.

Oh, that would be great. Thanks.

I agree. There is one woman in Frederick who is impossible to deal with. Beware of those with a little bit of power!!!! I am always happy to add to or transfer any memorial to family. It brings me joy to know that I took that photo and now there is documentation of the existence of that person.
After my dealings with the above person and she refused to make any changes to my 1st cousin, nor to transfer it to me, I contacted Find A Grave, and told them what was happening, and even quoted from her email to me. They intervened and transferred that gravestone and any others with the same last name into my keeping. Boy, I never expected that and I was thrilled.
So please, copy my profile and use it. I think most of us feel exactly the same way.
I will submit it again, and use O-30 and see what happens.
Thank you so much for trying to find the gravestone of the Burgans. The office, you say, has no record of their burial. All I have is the death certificate that notes they are buried there, but of course, there is no specificity as to where they are buried.
So I have taken them out requesting a gravestone, because it seems to be a dead end for right now, but I do thank you for your help, as I will note what you have said on my Ancestry account under their names so future genealogists will understand why we can't find their gravesite.
Thanks for all you do,
