DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND MY CONTROL, I NO LONGER HAVE INTERNET OR EMAIL (AT HOME), I WILL STILL BE ADDING MEMORIALS-TRANSFERS-CORRECTIONS ON TWO OTHER COMPUTERS.

Ancestors & relatives never really go away, they get buried, cremated or vaulted in a sacred place for us to visit and remember. After all, where would we be without our ancestors? As much as it hurts to lose a loved one, we must be thankful for the time we had together. These memorials in FIND A GRAVE are growing by a million a month and make it easier for the world to find & see the memorials of their loved ones. Through these memorials, they live on.
Passionate is an understatement, Genealogy & Cemeteries are a big part of my life. Have 35 years of sometimes obsessive research under my belt. I'm one of the very few volunteers for Madison County, NY which is 662 square miles with 285 Cemeteries and endless hills (up to 1800 ft) & valleys, so go easy on me folks.
Genealogically I picked up where my Grandfather and his father left off. I specialize in Madison County, NY and surrounding areas and Warren County, NY. If you find your relative in my memorials and would like transfers or to add bios, or corrections let me know. All my photos are free for distribution.

Though it feels like "good-bye", we know that in reality, for those of us who have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ it is merely, "see-you-later"

Taphophilia is a interest for and enjoyment of cemeteries. Taphophilia involves epitaphs, gravestone rubbing, photography, art, and history of deaths. The singular term is a taphophile.

Your memorial 52159020 posted 5/9/2010 for Priscilla Ann Hall Caldwell is correct but another memorial 10121606 was posted on 11/24/2012 just as Priscilla A Hall which is a duplicate and has incorrect info. Hope you can get the other poster to remove their memorial.

Your memorial 52077550 for Margaret Helena Henry Kiley dated May 29, 2010 is the correct memorial but there is a duplicate memorial 101213721 (dated 11/24/2012) that needs to be removed. Hope you can work this out.

Thanks

Your memorials for Cuptill are incorrect. The name is Guptill and I transferred my memorials to the person who had their names correct in this file.

The correct mem#:

146306660- Frank
146306684- Jessie

Please remove the Cuptill's.

Cousin Jim
Athol Gallups and etc
You had said; "Years ago (early 80's) I corresponded with Zella Selfridge, she sent me Gallup genealogy. My family keeps in touch with Marj & Ernie Gallup family, cousins"

Zella was my mother, who d. Sept 8, 2005, bur. on my lot at Gansevoort Cem. look it up on this web- site.
Someone was nice enough to do a 'drive by shooting' of my own dam cemetery lot before I could put some GOOD pix on it, and the guy WILL NOT answer queries. Makes me a mite furious, but (shrug)...
Ernie died back in 2007 and I don't know about Marge, as I haven't seen them at a family reunion since the early '90's and the Glens Falls paper has a real funky search engine.
I have the history of Thurman, NY and a book of it's cemetery contents if you have any questions..
SO.. that makes you and me cousins, too.
RSVP, Cuz!!

RE: Joseph Macomber Mem. # 88222201
The only online burials I could find for Madison Street Cemetery in Hamilton NY was this one:

http://home.comcast.net/~ingallsam/Cemeteries/cemindex.htm

which list burials for Madison Street (Baptist Society) and Madison Street (entire). I couldn't find him on either list.

I also found this:

https://familysearch.org/photos/images/13118986

but my old mac can't open it, if it does open. Like you say, he may be one of the graves that is now fallen and face down if he's not listed in the first 2 lists. But if you do remember where you found him listed please let me know. Thanks!

Thanks for letting me know about the duplicate memorials! Good eye, there. I have removed the one without a photo of the gravestones.

Hi Andrew, Aunt Myra was a dear sister of my Dad, Jim. Met Mabel several years ago...went to see her at her home, enjoyed meeting her. She was a dear friend of Aunt Myra's. Have been searching for years to sort out these Fullers, Alison
