Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a native of Colorado and the third generation native of Coloradoans following my father and his father, and also my mother and her father!
My husband and I have 5 wonderful children and 7 beautiful grandchildren.
I worked for 17 years with TEEN PARENTS and their children. It is my passion, my purpose in life. I love them all, although now I am retired!
I was raised a Christian and knew Jesus at a young age I am in God's word and I am working with children to prevent biblical poverty.
Praise the Lord!
When I was 6 years old, my only sister died at the age of 14. It was the worst thing that could happen to a family.
I Lost my father on 9/11 it was a difficult thing to live through and losing Mom, well a person is never ready to give up your Mom.
Then the loss of my oldest brother was devestating. My hear is broken.
Please stop and visit my sister DONNA LEA SHIMPFKY, and my father H. LESTER SHIMPFKY, my mother THELMA SHIMPFKY and my dear brother RICHARD LESTER SHIMPFKY.
Any flowers and messages are very much appreciated!
To God be the glory!

Lives are commemorated, deaths are recorded, families are reunited, memories are made tangible and love is undisguised. This is a cemetery.

Communities accord respect, families bestow reverence, historians seek information and our heritage is thereby enriched.

Testimonies of devotion, pride and remembrance are carved in stone to pay warm tribute to accomplishments and to the life; not death, of a loved one. The cemetery is homeland for family memorials that are a sustaining source of comfort to the living.

A cemetery is a history of people,
a perpetual record of yesterday and a sanctuary of peace and quiet today.
A cemetery exists because every life is worth loving and remembering, always.

RE: hello again,

I found several UK steamship records that show the family arriving the UK in May 1928 and Sep 1931. Also a 1911 UK Census for Philip. Philip was born in 1900 in Argentina and Lydia in 1902, don't know where yet.

Margaret had a sister Eileen Rose born 1930. An outward bound recor for Aug 1936 shows another sister Rosemary Fay born 1934.

Great, thanks very much for sharing. I will put it in my Family Treemaker that way and let you know if anything else pops up.

RE: hello
Hi Laurel,

From the information I have our closest relative would be my 4th Great Grandfather Jacob Rhudy (1754-1817). Your line comes from his son George Rhudy (1783-1864) and mine is from Stephen (or John Stephen) (1789-1863).

Looks like Jacob is John Gaspar's Great Grandfather. So if I did the math right would make Jacob your 3rd Great Grandfather.

RE: Miles
I've transferred my two Miles memorials to you. Thought you might take what you want and delete one. Enjoy.

Reed Brazelton
Just wanted to say that there are now two memorials for Reed Brazelton but MINE, I believe, is more clearer.

Elsner Obit

I purposely added George Elsner's obit to Elizabeth's memorial as she is mentioned in his obit and I couldn't seem to find an obit for her. Thought people would be interested in what his obit had to say about her.

Thank you,
