Hello fellow find-a-gravers,|
To request transfer, please do not post your request here in the comments section. I ask that all transfer requests be made through the official "suggest a correction" mechanism. Just go to the memorial, click "edit", then click the last option which lets you send a free form request. That sends me a link to the memorial, which helps ensure I process the correct one, and also sends me your member number so I don't have to go look it up. This saves me two or three steps, and helps me be accurate.
Excluding my own kin and special memorials, all of my memorials are up for grabs. If you are kin, you should have them imo. If no kin comes forward, then anyone who has a connection. Maybe you live next to the cemetery? Maybe you went to school with him/her? Maybe I have one of your old co-workers. You get it :) Just ask!
If you are also adopting out your memorials, I would happily adopt any of my main family surnames in the United States: Claussen, Crawford, Fox, Pennington, Petersen.
Thanks, and may God bless you immensely today!
This is the day the Lord hath made. I will rejoice and be glad in it! (and not spend the whole day working on findagrave! LOL )

Thanks for posting the photos, Deb. I am not directly related, but 2 cousins 1x removed married descendants of Ellis's son, Lovell. I've emailed them about transferring my Hills to their care. They are more closely related. Thanks for the offer though.
Thank you for the edits and for all of the work you do here at Find a Grave. It is a lasting gift to so many people. Best wishes to you.

I bet you are correct! I was looking at so many Memorials when Angelia was photographing Mt. Calvary that I must have missed this.

Hi. I received the following suggestion from you and it seems more of a statement than a suggestion. Why don't you post it to Ellis Hill's memorial? I am not directly related to the Hills.
Find A Grave contributor Deb has made a suggestion to you regarding your Find A Grave memorial for Ellis Hill.

At MEET THE NEED THRIFT STORE in Excelsior Springs, I found the old photo of Ellis and Lenore.
|Brenda Waters||Robert Louthan Carmichael|
Sorry, I knew as soon as I sent a message I would find it. Sure 'nuf, R. L. Carmichel was his name on the death certificate.
|Brenda Waters||robert Louthan "Pet" Carmichael|
I am researching the Carmichael family and I would like to get a copy of the death certificate for
Robert Louthan Carmichael. I can't find the right combination to pull it up, so I was wondering how you happen to have gotten one, I guess and have the certificate no 8983. What name did you enter to get this certicate if you wouldn't mind telling me?
|Wills Cemetery||RE: Ron Stokes|
Ron was friend and colleague. I will ask the family if they want the obituary posted.
