RE: Wamsley Cemetery
Thank you for answering my email to you and thank you for your help. I was just looking up a family member and found two memorials for one person in different counties with the same cemetery name. I knew that would probably not be right. I am sure that it was just a mistake and others will take care of correcting the mistakes. I don't live in Missouri, so I had no idea what county was correct except what you can find on the internet and I don't always trust the internet information.

Mistakes happen and most will try to correct their mistakes - that is good.

Thank you for your help.

A.M.N. Cox
Foster Cemetery-New Hampton, Harrison County, MO.
Concerning A.M.N. Cox
Albert M. Cox who was a son of James L. Cox and his wife Electa J. Colwell- Cox. Albert was born Nov 3, 1873 and ded Mar 12, 1875. That information was in a family bible. James L. was born in Whitley, KY and moved with family to Bethany, Harrison, MO. He first married Martha J. Yale then after her death he remarried to Electa J. Colwell. James L. also lived in Reno County, KS and then near Cherokee, Alfalfa, OK where he and Electa are buried.

Albert is also the brother of Luarke Wade Hampton Cox who is also buried in that cemetery and who founded Hamptonville which became New Hampton.

Thank you,
Nanette Welch/Bloxsom/Cox==-James L. Cox was my 2nd great grandfather.
