SAM SAYLOR - 130182959 & 130182981
REFERENCE Samuel S. Saylor and his wife Caroline Berkey Saylor. I am their great great grandson.
My great grandmother was Laura Caroline Saylor, d/o Anfrew Jackson & Angie Master Saylor with Andrew Jackson being one of the sons of Samuel & Caroline Berkey Saylor.

Laura Caroline Saylor had married Solomon Orion Ogline with one of their children Charles Jackson Ogline being my grandfather.

Your Memorial #'s 130182959 & 130182981 are both dated 5.22.2014 which MAKE BOTH duplicates to the Memorials dated 2/20.2009 being numbers 34035463 and 34035644.

I note that you've been very busy havinf added hundreds of memorials which is fantgastic and very gratifying - thank you foe doing this!!!

COULD YOU KINDLY DELETE YOUR 2 MEMORIALS for the SAYLOR'S as both are duplicates. I noticed this issue when adding Samuel Saylor's June 10, 1882 Published Somerset Newspaper Obituary.

My Email is and my contributor's # for the past 14 years is # 39265069.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION. Do have a safe and enjoyable holiday season.

Old German Cemetery
Hi Rob and always say you remember me from searches you did at WPGS: KESTNER et al. I'm a little bit closer to finding my Martha Wettlaufer Kestner Bowers because her daughters: Caroline and Catherine married CONEBY and HAUGHT husbands, well documented in Washington County. From that research, I think I've found the girls' father, John Bowers, buried in Old German Cemetery, Penn Hills. Problem is that the fellow who entered many graves there has died and now there's an outstanding list of requested photos. I put the question out there on the Forum but so far no takers. Tell me, do you know about this Cemetery? Are there any records at WPGS regarding burials? From the few photos I've seen, the stones are in poor condition and transcription would have been difficult for a long time now. Of course, you see what I'm after -- if John Bowers, b. 22 Aug 1836 - d. 08 Dec 1888, is there, b. "German Lutheran" on 10 Dec 1888, surely Martha is there too as death record says he was "married".
Please tell me what You recommend: should I wait for someone at Findagrave or should I pay a professional and if so, who? I'm guessing there isn't any stone to be seen...but surely some burial records are still in existence. Any advice for me? Many thanks. Linda Kestner, Jacksonville OR

Louther Robert
Now that I have looked at this closely, you are correct. Robert is the son of William, not James.
I will get back to you with more information and questions.
Good Night

RE: Robert Louther
I rec'd your message. I will look into the problem and get back to you on Thursday.
I have 2 Margaret Fi(a)lloons in my tree. One the daughter of Daniel, the other the daughter of John. I am not even sure that Daniel and John are related, but I believe they are brothers.
Will be in touch.

Thank you so much for transferring her memorial to me. I have looked for her for so many years, and all that time, she was right under my nose! Thank you so much for finding her for me and for all the work you do. It is much appreciated!

RE: William Beverage
Thank you, and I'll continue to look for the Robert Beveridge who married Anna Stevens Powell. I've checked my own database, but the Roberts that I've found in it were married to other women. Again, thanks for transferrring William Warren Beveridge.

I deleted my memorial and adjusted the one you transferred to me (thanks!) by adding more information and linking to other family.

Thanks again!

Is it hard to get the office to help you find graves. I know that it will cost me 5 dollars if I ask for anymore locations of my relatives in the cemetery!
Just wondering.
Also I need to thank you for getting me the headstone of Eleanor Will, Robert Roy, Cathy Lynn Saylor, Mary Wright, William Langley
Thanks So Much

I'd like to thank you for taking the time to find my Grandmothers grave. I wasn't born until 23 years after her passing. I'm on a journey to find my fathers family. I live in California, so it's very difficult with the distance between us. Today I realized my Aunt is also buried in that cemetery. Today, April 30, is 6 years to her passing. I will put a request in for her photo also. This is an exciting yet bitter sweet adventure I'm on.... Thank You for being a part of it and making it happen. Sandra Miller
