Retired teacher and Federal agent. Interests include genealogy, history and travel. I sometimes visit old cemeteries and take photos of all the gravestones there. If there is not a findagrave memorial, I create one based on the tombstone. ANY relative or family member, friend or interested person is more than welcome to request transfer of these memorials.
PET PEEVE: Find A Grave "number" collectors who have no interest in genealogy or family links and refuse to transfer to relatives unless they meet so-called "findagrave guidelines". You know who you are - shame on you! | |
