I am originally from the Vicksburg, Mississippi area. I also lived in Utica, Mississippi for quite a few years. I have lived in Grand Junction, Colorado since 1987. My husband and I were married in 1969 and moved out west in 1987. We have three children and two fantastic grandchildren and three wonderful step-grandchildren. I am very interested in genealogy. As a matter of fact, I am addicted to genealogy. My family research includes the sir names Heggins or Higgins from Mississippi and Texas areas, Jones from Mississippi, Adisano of New York and Cagle from the Mississippi area. Anyone having information, please don't hesitate to email me. |
If anyone sees any mistakes in my work, please don't hesitate to let me know so that I can correct it. Also, anyone having pictures, obituaries or any information they want added to a memorial, please send them to me and I'll be glad to add them. Thanks

I didn't make that request very clear. I only wanted the link to his wife, Lydia. John's parents are John Henry Cropsey and Elizabeth Charlotte Ballard. They died in Dixon, Lee Co., IL; but I don't know where they are buried, so there is no memorial for them. Therefore there is no way to link John G. to his parents.
Thanks for all your help. It is much appreciated.

Would you transfer the memorial for the above to me? He is a great uncle and I have additions to make to the site - my number is 47510379 Thank you. Yvonne Hollenbeck

I recently was requested to do the photo for Ruth's gravestone and in the process discovered that she is not in "Municipal" Cemetery, but in Municipal-Calvary Cemetery. As you know the Calvary section is over across the road from the Municipal. You might want to get her in the right area for future reference.

Lady in Red (I like that name) ...
Thanks for all the updates at IOOF Cemetery in Grand Junction. I have several cousins and spouses buried there, but thought I would add what I had for the whole cemetery.
Keep up the good work!
Ralph in Texas
Thank you so much for updating and adding pictures to the Lindstrom family.
Most of all thank you for the time, care and effort that you put into the memorials that you created and maintain.
It's volunteers like you that make this world a nicer place!

Glad I could help you. Networking this way so people are aware of the change. If you don't check the edits after 3 - 4 weeks they are done by F.A.G. and you info could be correct and it's changed so it's no longer correct.

A friend told me about this chance a couple days after this was deployed. I have sent edits to you so I thought maybe you didn't know about it. You might want to pass it on to your friends. thanks!!! ~Peggy
New "Automated" system for "Suggest a Correction/Submit an Edit"
New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013
Go to your Contributor/Profile page.
Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits" - check there to see if any have been submitted to you.
Then just review and accept.
Way easier for doing updates to names / dates / places / plot #s.
You still will get e-mails to add info to bio section or do linking.

Hi Lady in Red
I was wondering if you could help me in moving my uncle to his family? My uncle is George Rink from Grand Junction and I was wondering if you could add his father and mother to his page? My uncle George's fathers name is Paul G Rink #67193507 and his mother is Josephine (Fandel) Rink #67193720. Both are buried in Iowa.
Thank you so much for your help. :-)
