I FEEL THAT IF YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THE SITE BY "ADDING MEMORIALS" AND NOT JUST "COLLECTING" THEM, THEN YOU TOO ARE "PAYING IF FORWARD".|
Try to put as much info as you can to help those searching for family history/genealogy as possible. Sometimes dates are not enough to help find lost family members, try adding places of birth and death as well as parents and spouse if known. Sure makes searching much easier...
I try to not to duplicate a memorial, but if I do please let me know, so I can delete it. I always check after entering each one to be sure that I don't duplicated one, but I am human and sometimes may may make a mistake.
If more of us do this, there would be a lot less duplicates, and it would keep the site much neater.
It's important to keep the memorials clean and complete as possible, for the families of those dearly departed. For some, this may be their only memorial they can visit, especially if they live far away.

Hey! I love your bio and feel the same way! I'm working on Samuel Taylor Cemetery near Rockport, Pike County, Illinois and am trying to add as much info to the memorials as possible. I want to link all the family together as well. If you see any thing I have missed, please let me know....I can use all the help I can get!
Thank you again,

Would you be so kind as to also put gravestone marker photo on his memorial page. You have put it on his brother John Smail-89718529.
There is another brother Albert Roy Smail-died May 3, 2006, Olympia, Washington, but am not certain of his burial as it has not been set up yet.
Thanks for all your contributions to Find A Grave. My parents are buried Hillcrest-John and Marybelle Courneya.
Reviewed your bio after seeing your name on a memorial you had recently done and...I love it. Well stated! I'm with you- some people are searching more than just the basic entry. If you have the info "pay it forward".
