Hi Everyone -

Back when I was 8 years old, my grandpa,
Paul Joseph Peter Allen
, helped me make a family tree for a school project. Back then we didn't get that far...LOL. In 1999, I found that project and started working on it again. Now I've got over 20,000 people connected to my tree. I think my grandpa would be proud of what I've accomplished, thus my name, ♥♥ My Labor of Love ♥♥!!!

I'm a "Genealogy Pack Rat" and it's time that I shared my findings. I hope I was able to help someone with this information.

Take Care & God Bless -
(a mom of 3 cutie pies)

My goal is to attain what was once lost or forgotten. To investigate and then document my finding to further an ancestry or find a loved one.

But most of all, making sure everyone is remembered no matter how short or long they were on this earth or what accomplishments they did or didn't do, that they are remembered and their story is told!

First and foremost, you must be related to that individual‼‼‼ (ex: grandfather, grandmother, father, mother, uncle, aunt, cousin, etc...) I really don't care how many generations back, you could be a 4th cousin 5x removed, as long as the lineage is there!

If you meet that criteria, please use the Edit tab on the individual that you would like transferred over to your care. Then select "Suggest a correction or provide additional information". Please include your Find A Grave ID #, relationship to the individual, and that you would like this memorial transferred to you.

I'll transfer anyone that isn't in my family tree. But if it happens to be someone that is, closest relationship to that person wins ☺!

I think it's selfish for people to take possession over a photo taken, so please feel free to use any photos that I post.

I see you photographed my great grandfathers tombstone. I recently wrote the cemetery not only about Emery Vandeventer but possible my grandma's first husband Henry Willett. I explained my grandma was only 15 when she married & possibly a widow by 18. I was thinking maybe he was cremated & buried with Emery. The cemetery typed back & said not only was Henry not there but neither was Emery. Just a little confused. Could you help me? Thanks Pam

RE: Charles S. Ades [104194178]
Hi there. I probably found Charles' birthdate on the Blair Cemetery records online, which seem to have been taken offline from the city cemetery page since I posted his memorial. Sorry about that. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

There seems to be a double entry. Would you like me to add your info to mine then you can delete yours? This way no info is lost. Thanks for your help!

John Lee Simmons Find A Grave
Hi-I am a descendant of Malinda (Melinda) Wilson Simmons, first wife of John Lee Simmons. I have down for his birth date August 5, 1863. Malinda and John were married 1 Feb 1892 or the second according to the Weekly Journal Miner, at Yavapai County. Malinda is buried in an unmarked grave in Simmons Cemetery. She is on Find A Grave under Malinda Wilson Simmons. John Lee Simmons married a second time to Essie May Smith on December 23, 1914 at Prescott. They had one child together a Essie C. Simmons according to the 1920 Thumb Bute Precinct, Yavapai Co, Az. Census and she was born about December 1917. My great grandmother was Martha Wilson Field, sister to Malinda, and she is buried at Simmons too. (Death Certificate says "Miller Valley". John Simmons and Essie were divorced before 1936 when he died. I cannot find Essie, his second wife anywhere. Just thought I would send you this information about this family. I have updated Malinda's Find A Grave. April
