Because of issues with overzealous FAG members, I am now going to stick to FAG transfer guidelines. If the person you are requesting is not direct line within four generations I will not transfer that memorial to you without VERY good reason.
Simply having someone in your family tree is not grounds for a management transfer request.
The goal is not to "own" every memorial of those to whom you are related. The ultimate goal should be to have meaningful, accurate memorials that honor those who have passed away, regardless of who created the memorial or who maintains it.
If you are unaware of the guidelines, please consult the FAQ.
I will not use "Leave a Public Message" exclusively for communication. If anyone finds an error, please let me know and I will correct it. Also anyone whom would like to add something, I can also do that for them. Just send any information you want added to me at my contact e_mail address with Find A Grave in the subject line.

 | Find A Grave - Jacob C Griffith Jacob C. Griffith, born April 3, 1833 and died on March 20, 1914, is my 2nd Great Grandfather. On the Find a Grave web page, he is listed incorrectly as being the son of Daniel Griffith & Mary Van Sickle. I believe they also had a son named Jacob, but this is not the correct Jacob. Jacob C Griffith is the son of Charles Griffith and Frances Fike Griffith of Allegany County, Maryland. I have his obituary which states that he was born near Guard, Maryland, which is an old place, now under water, near Deep Creek, Md. I also have census lists on which he is listed with his family. How can this error be corrected? I believe the Van Sickle's are related, through William Cass Tissue and Huldah Van Sickle. Anna Tissue was Jacob's first wife, as noted in the obituary. She died young & he remarried Mary Ann Stark Eckels, whom is also buried in the Van Sickle cemetery, with many of their children. Thanks for your assistance or recommendation. | | | Dragon Lady
