Please read before sending corrections:
I'd very much prefer to transfer a memorial to someone who is researching that person than make corrections. Even if you are only distantly related or not related at all. If you know more, you are a better person to manage it than I am. The exceptions are for relatives and in-laws; please contact me if you are also related and we can figure out who would be better to manage.
If you really don't want to manage them, please tell me the source of the information you'd like me to add. But please, consider just taking over the memorial.
Please use the Suggest A Correction feature to request transfers or corrections.
I've found quite a few graves for relatives through Find a Grave. When I photograph those graves, I try to photograph a section or two around them and post them to Find a Grave for other folks looking for their relatives.
All my photos are also available on Flickr in higher resolution, as Find a Grave limits photo sizes.
Feel free to use my photos under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike license. That means you can use them without asking me so long as you credit me, you don't sell them, and if you make something based off my photos, you must also let people use *that* on these terms. | |
