I am an Illinois high school teacher who became involved in an memorial to the 192nd Tank Battalion. Since then, we have added the 194th Tank Battalion and 17th Ordnance to the website. Most of the pages I deal with have to do with members of the two tank battalions or 17th Ordnance. In addition, there are a number of pages that are memorials to former students, of the high school I teach at, who died in World War II and Vietnam.
