You are welcome.
Are you related to him? If so, you are related to me.
Would love to correspond with you ....

Scot, I could not find him.

Thank you so much for providing gravestone photos for: Margaret Catherine (Smith) Myers, George Harden Myers, and Shuford Bryan Smith. As a result of your photo, I have corrected the spelling of George's middle name. Thanks again.

Scott, you need to list a relationship before requesting a transfer. Not trying to be difficult, just following the Find a Grave guidelines.
did have a question. I have photos for almost all the memorials I listed at Farmington, but just don't know when I get around to uploading them. I have a backlog of over 4,000 photos! If you are photographing all of Farmington, it would be a great relief. Just let me know.
I lived on Redland Road for 6 years and knew several people buried at Farmington.
Thank you for posting the excellent photo of the gravestone of James Harold Thompson, Sr. in respons to my request.
|Cathy Beaver||Johann Valentine Frey|
are you also descended from his daughter Christina Valentine who married into the Spargur family?
|Cathy Beaver||Johann Peter Frey|
Are we from the same branch of this tree? Johann Peter Frey is my 6th gr. grandfather. I am descended from his son Johann Valentine and his daughter Christina Valentine Frey who married into the Spargur family.
Ha! What a small world Scot! Yes it is Dawn and I know that incredible story and remember reading it in the local papers. There is a copy of it posted on that website. Dawn and volunteers have really done a lot to maintain and preserve Hatteras Island cemeteries.
You are so kind to offer to go back. I am sorry for not having my act together in the first place, but I am still unraveling this side of the family that I am not at all familiar with. I just added 2 photo requests for Miller graves so you can go claim them.
Scot, you may be interested in this website if you don't already know of it. A friend of mine put it together and she is very active with Hatteras Island history and taking care of the cemeteries. http://hatgensoc.weebly.com/index.html
By the way, by any chance did you happen to notice a grave stone for Luther's wife, Mary Ann Miller (Taylor)? I am having a difficult time locating her. Just thought I would take a chance and ask. Thanks again!
