Bio and Links
Bio Photo I get a kick out of posting photos knowing(or hoping) that one day someone searching on the internet might run across a photo of a marker that I have taken and smile. I create memorials from time to time for somewhat the same reason, usually going by the information in the photograph.

While I used to be a photo volunteer, that has pretty much come to a halt for now. I do however, search weekly for requests that are already in my files and haven't been posted yet and occasionally make a trip to a cemetery if I am feeling up to it or have to go by there for one reason or another.

IF I POST A PHOTO OF A MARKER ON FINDAGRAVE, THEN AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED; I GRANT PERMISSION FOR ANYONE TO USE THE IMAGE(S)FOR A NON-FINANCIAL PURPOSE OR GAIN. If you want a higher resolution for prints or even a coffee mug(I've seen it done), just leave a message with an email addy and I'll send a higher res. photo.

I also do not have a problem with taking down a memorial that I have made for someone, if asked. Death is a tricky subject for a lot of people and differing opinions on what is appropriate is always a factor when creating an online memorial.

RE: Zimri
I think I've found out where Samuel Heywood, Sr. is buried! It seems there is an obituary--haven't seen it yet--that says he is buried in Howard Cemetery, Winslow, Maine! Can you check? I'd be more than ever obliged to you...
Many thanks, Charlet Emery Roskovics

Capt. Zimri Haywood/Heywood
I am buoyed with excitement having received the transfer of Capt. Zimri Haywood or "Heywood" from you! Thank you so much! My cousin did the original research and found Zimri's wife to be named Jane (Dudley) but you've linked him to a wife named Jean (Foster). I've telephoned Winslow Town Offices and they don't know who his wife was nor do they have any idea where his son, my 3rd great grandfather, Samuel Haywood, Sr. who died 4 March 1825 in Winslow, ME is buried. Don't know if you can answer either of these questions but I'm hoping! Again--many, many thanks for the transfer! Cheers, Charlet Emery Roskovics

RE: Jacob and Hannah Greely
Thank you for the transfers. I was very kind of you and I'm sure many folks will think of you when they look at their tree. As for the spelling of Greeley I have no idea when someone changed it. The original spelling was Greele in 1640 then Greeley or Greely

Jacob and Hannah Greely
It has been quite some time since we last spoke. I'm concerned that you haven't been up to par lately

I'm wondering if you could transfer Jacob and Hannah Greely in Greeley Corner Cemetery Old

They are a part of the Greelys our group is working on.

Much appreciated
Mel

IMPORTANT SEARCH
HELLO, MY NAME IS ROBERTA JONES-PEARSON. YOU ARE LINKED TO FRANK L. STUDLEY FIND A GRAVE. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE ORIGINAL PERSON, BUT THEY HAVE DISABLED THEIR MESSAGES. ALL RECORDS INDICATE THAT MR. STUDLEY WAS WHITE. BUT, MY GRANDMOTHER JUMPED THE FENCE WITH A MARRIED "FRIEND" THE NAME THAT CAME DOWN THOUGH THE FAMILY IS THAT OF MR. STUDLEY. BUT, HE WAS A FULL BLOOD INDIAN. SO, I AM AT A LOSS. HE (THEY) LIVED IN BATH MAINE. HER NAME WAS LUCY DORIS WAKEFIELD JONES (DIVORCE) THEN NEWELL. MY MOTHER NORAH LOUISE JONES WAS BORN FEB 5 1920 IN BATH MAINE. LUCY GAVE AWAY ALL FOUR OF HER CHILDREN. THE FIRST TWO I BELIEVE WERE HER HUSBANDS BUT MY AUNT LUCY AND MY MOTHER AND BROTHER ALL LOOK INDIAN. SO... I AM ON A QUEST FOR THE TRUTH. THERE IS FURTHER INFO. THERE IS A STUDLEY FAMILY I JUST HEARD OF TODAY THAT IS INDIAN IN PALERMO MAINE SO... IF YOU CAN BE ANY HELP I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. KIND REGARDS, ROBERTA JONES-PEARSON
