I have lived in Indianapolis most of my life. I am a conservative (not a republican), I am a Christian (not a religion). I am the Mother of 2 daughters and 5 grand-daughers. Needless to say I have gotten real good at tea parties and nail polish. My Dad is a Pearl Harbor survivor and my husband (from whom I am separated) served in Vietnam while in the Marines. And my brother was a medic in the Army and also served in vietnam.
I think the true hero's of America are police, fireman, and military. Sometimes as I "walk" around Find a grave - I am over come with grief because of ill treatment of so many children.
If you have the time, would you please go to my "Sponsorships" and look for my Mother - Betty Newkirk and leave her something special. Thank you in advance.

I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kind words you have left on my fathers page, Lee Bernardini. He passed on August 3rd and this time of year is very difficult for me, as are many others. Your kind and selfless words and well wishes touch my heart. I will likely be unable to ever tell you how truly grateful I am for honoring my fathers memory.
