Lucina Mallory at Brown Cemetery
Donna, she is the wife of Allen Horace Mallory Sr. The stone is hard to read, but it says "died in her 49th year of age" not 19th.
She died 15 Oct. 1847
She had 11 kids and was born about 1798.

RE: Wullweber Maosoleum
I was trying to read that same article online but i can't access it. It was may 25 1955 or something like that? It says something about Mary being interred there in 1937 and then a Thomas Farrell being put there in 1955? is that correct? Can you tell me the names of the persons who are interred there with her? Or can you copy the article and send it to me by email?

Gov Robert Lucas
I saw your message today from nearly a decade ago on the page of Governor Robert Lucas. It made me laugh as my son had a similar reaction to the pairing of the aged Governor Lucas this past June when we were visiting Plum Grove in Iowa City. I believe my niece, too, had a similar reaction as a child attending Lucas Elementary in Iowa City, Iowa.

What makes it so bad for my son to have that reaction in Plum Grove is his middle name - Robert - comes from Governor Lucas who is his fifth great grandfather and my fourth great grandfather.

I'll have to upload another pairing of him from the war of 1812 that is formal, yet still, much warmer. That painting scares everyone.

John Hunter
Hello Donna,
Your entry for John Hunter, husband of Sarah, is wrong. Sarah (Yocum) Hunter 1799-1877, married John Hunter 1787-12 Jun 1855. I know how confusing all these Hunters can be, but John is my 3rd g-grandfather. Also, 4 of his children were born after the other John Hunters' death date.
