"Grieve Not For Me"
Remember the best times, the laughter the songs, The good life I lived where I was strong.
Continue my heritage, I'm counting on you Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through
My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest, Remembering all now, I was truly blessed.
Continue traditions, no matter how small Go on with your life, don't stare at the wall.
I miss you all dearly, so keep up your chin Until the day comes, when we're together again.

 | Sgt Charles Allen Good Morning, I just noticed that you added the picture for Sergeant Allen and wanted to thank you. It put a smile on my face that was much needed.

 | Anne Underhill wife of John Hello again, Floral Designer. Do you live near St. Paul's church? If so, would you mind returning to Anne's stone and transcribing it? I can only discern words here and there but nothing to form anything intelligent. If not, I understand and still am so grateful for what you have done for a stranger's family (mine!). I will pay it forward.
Appreciatively,

 | RE: Underhill at St Pauls request Thank you, thank you, thank you, Floral Designer, for at least taking the photos. I have been trying to track this complicated family for so long. It figures that the stones are here but they aren't! I appreciate what you have done to help connect them to me.
I'll have to talk with Mr. Osborn about my sources placing their bodies here. I'll remove their profiles if he disagrees with my sources. At least those few lost ones now have names. That was a good thing, eh?!
Appreciatively,

 | Carroll, John Gerard Barb, Thank you for your quick and positive answer. Kind regards,

 | Picture grave Carroll, John Gerard I am from the Netherlands and making a memorial site regarding the men of the 7th U.S. Armored Division who died during the liberation of my country back in autumn 1944. One part of the site will be a roll of honor. I am planning to launch this site on Memorial Day 2013.
Now I found(Find a Grave) a photo taken by you concerning the grave of the soldier mentioned in the subject line.
I would like to get your permission for putting this picture on my site. Of course stating it is taken by you. I would also be grateful if you had any further information about the person regarding the photo, or perhaps even more photo's and would like to share it with me.
Of course it will be a non commercial site. Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Werner van Osch Holland

 | Old St. Raymonds Barb: Thank you for writing. I have photographed all of section 1 and section 2 of Old St. Raymonds. I have about 300 more photographs for section 2 that I haven't added to findagrave yet. I do a few names each day. I only add a name if there is a first and last name on the stone. For example, a stone that reads "SMITH" with no first names, I skip. I saw your information about Victorine Boucher. It is very informative. I had no idea who she was. So I deleted my memorial. If you have information about any of the other women, I'll be happy to transfer these memorials to you and you can add to them. Whatever you prefer? I've seen your name before. You've done a great job. To answer your last question, yes, I work the midnight shift in the Bronx. I live on Long Island. I stop at the cemetery on my way home in the morning. - Kevin | | | Dede Smith

 | RE: St Pauls Request Barb, My last email to David was 9/16/11 re the Pell Vault. Memory does not serve, but I know that it was your wonderful entry for Robert & Mary Macomb that triggered the entire exploration on my part for this family link in the Pell Vault. David and I had a very long communication. Shirley | | | | [View all messages...] |
