I'm a systems administrator at Siemens PLM Software. My wife (Vicki) has been doing genealogy research on both of our families over the last few years. In 2013 I went through all the Find A Grave memorials that are in her genealogy records (about 2,700) and submitted updates for many of them based on her research. (This was before the current "edit" process had been put in place, so it was a lot more work to make changes. That is how I ended up maintaining so many records I didn't create; many contributors, when asked to make changes, chose to transfer memorials to me instead.)|
I keep track of the 4 main branches of our family (her father, her mother, my father, and my mother) in 4 virtual cemeteries.
I am also the clerk (record keeper) at my church, so in 2014 I went through our membership records and found as many of our past members as I could. I keep track of these in a 5th virtual cemetery.
Regarding transfers: I believe that if you are a closer relative than I am for one of the memorial records I maintain, then you should have it if you want it. Just tell me how you are related to that memorial and we'll work out which of us is the closer relative. (I'm not doing this to see how many memorial records I can "collect".)

Thanks for catching my typo on Ebb's date of birth. Everything else I have says 1848.
Are you or your wife related to Ebb? I am related through his wife, Linda Mead.
