While trying to gather information for a class reunion, sadly I learned of as several of my classmates had died.

I realize it seems to be a comfort to family and friends to find a loved one memorialized on the site.

Also, I recognize it is a way to "fit together the genealogy puzzle" for finding past generations and I'm happy to help by taking photos in my area.

Thank you Martha!
Thank you for the identification marker for Miles J. Remes. I have known the family for many, many years. I now live in Colorado and truly appreciate your contributions in Illinois. All the best - Jo

Thank you, thank you, thank you! The photos are perfect! Find A Grave did not send me notice that the photos had been taken so I am belated in my note of gratitude. I appreciate the time you took to do this for me. Anne

RE: Barbara Dupuis, Findagrave
Hi Martha

Thank you for the photos of Earl , Elizabeth and Andrew. If there is another name for Barbara , I don't know it and haven't been able to find an obituary. I was just going off the posting of the one who made the profile.

Thanks again.

Thank you for your kind offer to retake the photos when the grass turns green, but these photos are just fine. Having legible markers is the most important thing to me.

Hope you enjoy a beautiful Illinois spring and keep taking those photos of markers for those of us who live too far away to come take them ourselves!

Good night,

Hi Martha,

WOW, I am so impressed! You fulfilled my photo request so very fast! Thank you immensely! I hope you had beautiful weather today to get out and take photos. It has been a great day in the North Georgia mountains!

Photos of Barr stones
I want to thank you so very much for photographing the three Barr stones----and especially for going out in the cold Illinois winter weather to do it.

It is very nice of you to offer to take photos again in the spring, but I don't want you to have to do that. The pictures you took tell me everything I need to know and I am very happy to have them just the way they are.

Thank you again.
