I'm a retired college music teacher and just retired as a church organist. In the last couple of years I've become addicted to genealogy and am building a tree on I'm interested in finding pictures of as many of my ancestors as possible. Addy, Stafford, Weber, and Gragson are some of the names I'm researching.

Janet Gregory Gragson

I have located info that shows there was four children: James H., Brenda, Ramona and Vickie

Like I said earlier I am a distant cousin of their's.

I am looking for one of the girls that might do mtdna test. ( I will pay the cost. )

If you know and are willing to contact them, would you do so. And get back to me, or have them contact me?

Janet Gregory Gragson
Born 11-21-1928-d 5-14-1988 parents Mattie Thomas & Silas Gregory.

I am hoping that you can help me.

I am a distance family member.

My Father's Great Grand Father was Miles E. Johnson.

Miles Sister was Sarah Johnson (James) Mcfarland

Sarah was Janet's Great Grand mother. Sarah is also buried at Monteagle as are a lot of her relative's.

I was wondering if Janet had any children.

Thanks Sherry

RE: Horn cemetary
Thanks for the information. Hopefully it is still there and accessible. My husband may have some difficulty getting to it due to health problems. Wish us luck!

Horn cemetary
My husband, Gale Horn Jr, and I will be travelling to Grayson county in a couple of weeks and very much would like to visit the Horn cemetery. He descends from Napolean Horn. We have a description of how to get to the cemetery but wonder if it's on private land and if need permission to gain access. Would love to hear from you,
Michele Horn

Mary Elizabeth Horn

Mary Elizabeth Horn (married James Thaddeus Franklin) was my 3 times great grandmother. DO you think you could get a picture of her grave in the Horn Cemetery? I am going to try to get out that way this Spring or Summer but am not sure I will be able to.

Thank you!
