|Bill Bloom||RE: Elizabeth Gilbert Richardson|
Very glad to help. I will be adding a photo of the lot with a virtual maker in a few minutes.
|Sherman-Thomas||Thomas Whitlock Jr. #104712293|
Thanks again for being so quick to respond and for adding the info to Thomas' memorial. Also, last March we had a conversation (findagrave message) about his parents Thomas Whitlock and Susanna Stock, and his sister Susannah Whitlock who married John Pew. After further study, this is what I believe. I have no proof, just a gut feeling. I keep running across Susannah Whitlock Pew with two different birth dates. One is 1652 which fits in with the other brothers and sisters who descend from Thomas Sr. and Susanna Stock. If this is true, young Susannah would have lived well over a hundred years and would have had her children in her sixties. I find that very hard to believe. The other option is that she was born in 1676 or 1677 and was the first child of Thomas and his second wife Mary Compton Bray Seabrook Whitlock. To me, this is much more logical. However, in Thomas Whitlock Sr's will, Susannah is the first daughter mentioned. If he's going chronologically, then that wouldn't fit. But nothing says you have to name your children in order. I still think she is probably the daughter of Thomas Sr. and Mary Compton Whitlock.

Thanks for the quick reply! Don't worry about the inquiry I made-I just could not figure out why there were two entries for William A Maas-I saw the stone saying husband and I thought maybe his wife was there too. I thought maybe you had access to the cemetery records. Janet Borchardt

I have a relative, William A Maas that was married to my grandfather's sister Mathilde. I see you have put pictures of his gravestone which says husband and another stone which says Maas. Would you happen to know if any other person was buried there? It is Fernwood Cemetery in Jamesburg, NJ. I notice her parents the Schilbergs were buried there also.
Someone else posted an entry for the same person there also. Thanks for any info.
|Beth Bond||RE: John Firestine|
My John was born John Feuerstein 1857 in New Jersey.
I had seen him listed before as being born in Prussia however his first marriage says it was Jersey City.
Lived most of his life in Essex County.
His parents were Jacob Feuerstein born in 1822 and Margaretha .
A census says they were born in Germany.
John married 3 times.

I have a John Firestine in New Jersey born in Germany I believe but I amm stuck on him. His wife was Anna Goetz. Did you have any siblings for Wilhelm?
|wayneslyhouse||RE: William P Glock|
Thanks for getting back with me. I guess I'll have to keep searching.
|wayneslyhouse||William P. Glock|
I am researching this individual for my sister in law and am wondering if you have any more information about him? The reason I ask is based on records I've found for William P. Glock he married a woman named Lucy T. Micharlsen in 1908. But the memorial you created identifies his wife as Julia P. Glock. Do you know when William and Julia married? Any help you can provide or any source you can point me toward to help clear up this difference will be much appreciated.
Thank you for the updated info on Kay

Thank you for taking the time to photo the gravesite of my great uncle and aunt. Seeing the photo has cleared some confusion regarding William's middle initial. On the gravestone is the correct initial "N" for Nesbit however on the memorial profile page it says "K". I don't know how to correct this so I'm asking if you could possibly make the correction?
It is because of volunteers like yourself that the history of relatives can be finally told. Thank you again. Best regards, Bernice Mazzeo
