Find A Grave Memorial# 37687559
Hi Kathryn,

I noticed that you have James "Jimmy" Jones, Jr., gravesite. Do you happen to have an obituary for him or his mother or father?

James' Dad, James Sr., would have been my 3x Great Grandpa's, Thomas, brother. I am trying to find James Sr's & Thomas's graves. James supposedly died in Wayne County, Illinois, when someone rode up to his house on horseback and shot him. His bride, who was pregnant with "Jimmy", came out on the porch and he died in her arms.

Thomas Jones' wife, Zilpha, is buried in the Chatham, Sangamon County, Illinois, area..... but I can't find where Thomas is buried either.

If you have ANY family information.... I would be grateful if you could share it with me. My email address is LSJRJT@YAHOO.COM.

Thank you very much!!

Boyd McNeil
A 4th child of John and Margaret Waymire
Hi Kathryn,

John and Margaret Waymire were the parents of Hamilton Waymire. Hamilton is shown in their home in both the 1850 and 1860 census. He was born about 1841 in Ohio and died in the service of his county in the Civil War in 1862. I don't find a find-a-grave memorial for Hamilton.

As you can see from the following records transcriptions he was one of the early volunteers, enlisting in Aug. 1861 in the 1st Regiment.

Margaret Nora "Maggie" Richardson
Kathryn, When you created this memorial did you happen to notice if Maggie's husband Thomas Richardson was buried next to her? He was born in Aug. of 1863 and died on May 22, 1948. I know he died in Rosalie, Thurston, Nebraska and am thinking he was brought back to be buried with his wife as I can't find a burial place for him in Nebraska. Linda

Sandham Transfer / Addition Request
Hi Kathryn:

If you are not direct blood relative to the following two people, would you be so kind as to transfer them to my control? The two individuals are in my direct blood line - my great-great-great-grandfather & grandmother.

Richard Sandham - #23083450
Mary (Turner) Sandham - #23083488

If they are your direct relatives, could you please connect them as hubsnd and wife and
link Maria (Sandham/Unknown) Shaffer #12149227 as one of their children.

Thank you.

Robert Stanley
I just add a pic for him. I thought you might like to know that I also added a Jonathan Stanley. His is also a military stone with no dates but I think he might be a Civil War Vet.
