RE: Harry Lee Bailey
Thank you for the info, one more question, please. Do you know if Anna had children in her first marriage and was she from Missouri? We are trying to track down her will or probate on an OK property oil lease and find her children if any. Thanks, Nancy

Harry Lee Bailey
Hi, I'm Nancy Priest, my stepdad was Russell Lee Bailey, son of Harry Lee Bailey, from Bethany. I'm trying to find information on his second wife, Anna, and where she was from? Harry's obit lists her as wife. Not sure where she went after Harry's death? Would you have any info on this? Thank you, Nancy

Thanks for your quick reply. The picture was posted with a note that you had given permission to use it with a message about "Nellie". I believe she is not our Olive Bailey and will start a new search. You have been a great help!

Hi Donna,

Need some help with her. Another researcher and I have a different set of parents for her...

At Ancestry I found a tree with the same picture that you have posted and after checking here at Find A Grave, I am confused. We have her parents as Leroy Freeman and Laura Imogene Sloan and have found them in the 1900 and 1910 Census records together in Emporia, Kansas.

Not sure where to go from here so thought I would write to see what you make of this.

Look forward to hearing from you

RE: Henrietta Bailey
Ok... then we are in a round about way related. Henrietta is the sister of my G-grandfather, Charles Edwin Brown.

I have a feeling the middle initial "N" is incorrect. But, I don't know for sure. I have never found any record of her having a middle name. I believe the N stands for Nettie.

Nettie's father, George R. Brown, was in the Oklahoma land rush. My mother used to have contact with a person that had the land documents (this was in the mid 1980's before xerox machines were very common), so she was never able to get a copy of them. After my mom's death I was never able to find the name of the decendant in any of my mother's research notes. I doubt he is still alive, as I remember her saying the man was pretty old at the time. That would be such an awesome find, even if it was only a photocopy.

RE: Emmet and James Emmet McKinney
James Emmet McKinney is his true & full name. If that is what is already listed, then nothing new to add. Thanks.
