with so many inaccuracies are we sure it is Jane Lenora Jameson Warren Hale?

RE: J C Hale
I think the JC is a mistranscription or outright mistake. I can't head out there to do a rubbing due to the rain and mud right now. But I can in the future when it dries out. There is a similar error on a gravestone of her granddaughter, Nettie Jane Avery Cornwell. On the headstone of her 2 year old son that died, listed her as N G instead of N J. I never saw that until I did a rubbing where I could see in black/white relief what was actually in the marble. And I have looked at that stone and read it for many a decade and just caught the error last year!!

RE: J C Hale
if we are talking about JC Hale, her initials were not JC. Her name was Jane Lenora Jameson Warren Hale. I was wondering where you got the "C" from? I have no record of her having any "C" in her name. She was the daughter of McBain Jameson, massacred in Collin County in 1840's in the Muncey Massacre. Married Young Warren first, was widowed and then married William Benjamin Hale. What line are you related to?

I would like to know the history of this headstone. Are you related? I believe there is some inaccurate information listed and would like to have it corrected. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Ella M. Titus-Sisk
I am not finding this listing on Find A Grave and don't see where my inquiry was to you. But will check my Sisk info and see if matches up with info you have. (The Sisk's are in my brother-in-laws line so not as familiar with it. Thanks for the response!

Very well. I was hoping you were a Trent descendant, as I am. Thank you for responding.

I noticed you created, managed, or left flowers on the Ryburn family memorials and William Alexander Trent' memorial. Are you related to either of the Trents, or Ryburns?

Thank you so much for the beautiful picture of my son's headstone!!!! Today would have been his 18th birthday. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of or miss him but I know he is here with us we can all "feel" his presence.. Thanks again
