Bio and Links
I have just began to learn how to trace my family tree. Emma Wilson and Dick Willhite are my maternal grandparents and Edith Edna Holmes and Everett Creek are my paternal grandparents. If you knew them and can tell me anything about them I would appreciate your effort. I have come to consider cemeteries as Outdoor History Museums. When my husband does not go with me to take picts my Dad, Ellis Creek would accompany me, until his death in 2009 at the age of 93. When I go to a cemetery I usually take several pictures that are not requested. If I ever put anything on that offends anyone, please let me know; I will take it off as quickly as possible. I am doing this to help other genealogists. Thanks.

Hi Cherry,
I just messaged The Cemetery Guy. I guess he would be a cousin to both of us. I'm trying to fit you into this very large family. I looked at your virtual cemeteries and saw the name Creek. Are you descended from Virginia Lee Younger and Jacob Creek? If so, I am a descendant of Virginia's brother Littleton Younger and Eliza Sampson.
I liked your family story about the outlaws! They used to come to Oregon too and legend is one time the James' came with them!

Please lets stay in touch.
Lynn

Your Grandmother
Dear Cherry,

I see that you manage your grandmother's memorial. First, click where you add family links to be sure F. Gaskin wasn't added *there* inadvertently.

If not, you'll have to send a note to "edit@findagrave" with the information for them to remove the link. I only added a photo to Mrs. Gaskin's memorial; Tracker created it, and she's inactive.

I hope this helps you to get everything straightened out!

~Karen

Dear Cherry, I just want to thank you for trying to find Mannford Lingenfelter's grave which was suppose to be in the same family plot as LeGrand Lingenfelter. I appreciate you taking the time to try and locate it and messaging me that you couldn't. There is already a picture of Legrand's tombstone, so it is not necessary for you to trouble yourself to go back and photograph that one. Respectfully yours, Sara
