If there is a memorial I have added for someone you would like transferred to you, please just let me know, as long as they are not a relative or close friend of mine. I love being able to help honor those that have passed on before us! If you find a photo that you would like to have that I have posted for a loved one you are more than welcome to copy them yourselves.|
I spend a lot of time walking the cemeteries and getting information and photos for the memorials, but my purpose is not to have "ownership" of them, but to make as many available for family, loved ones and genealogy researchers that I can.
I would like to especially thank Charlotte Stevens Schneider, without her help I would not be able to complete alot of the memorials I have done. She has been diligent in finding obituaries and dates for so many of the memorials we have worked on!
I am so sad to say that Charlotte passed away on February 11, 2011. She will be so missed by all that knew and loved her! Charlotte is now rejoicing in the presence of our Lord!

Hi, Thanks for taking your time to photo my Aunt's grave site. I didn't realize she didn't have a stone.
|Judy Clayton Hagberg||Thank you!|

|Edwin Dykes||Your inquiry of 3/9/14|
YES, I am Ramona June Dykes (Bordenkircher)'s younger brother. We live in Waxahachie, TX.
As you know, Gene was killed in an auto accident near Broken Arrow. He is interred in the Enid Oklahoma MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY, next to his Dad
(my older brother).
Gene is on Find A Grave
Duane Gene Dykes Jr
b 14 OCT 1957 in Fort Morgan, CO
d 09 JUL 1974 in Broken Arrow, OK
Gene is survived by an older brother
Larry Stephen Dykes of Tulsa, and an older sister
Sandra Leann Dykes of Tulsa.
Thank you for remembering Gene on your class site memorial. He was a great little guy and we miss him AND his Dad. FYI, Gene's Dad passed over on
12 JUN 1987 from heart failure.
I apologize for taking so long to respond, but I have not been on Find-A-Grave in a while. Your message came to my email account, and we have been MOVING into a downsized home......thank goodness.
Please send me a message if you need any additional information on Gene.

Donna, I see you have taken some pics at ESH in Vanita Ok. Are you able to get in the grounds for pictures? If you are do you know if there is a marker for Nancy Bell Pullen? If not, and you are able to access the grounds, is it possible for you to take a picture if there is one of her grave? Thanks for your contributions. Without people like you we would not be able to get any of this info or pictures!

|Shelia Carter||William McAlexander|
I saw the memorial for a William McAlexander with a picture posted on the memorial. I thought there might be more than one William McAlexander buried there. Did you see any other McAlexander graves when you were at the cemetery?
I plan a trip to the cemetery soon to take pictures.
|Sally Emerson||Piersall, Frank|
Thank you for the picture of his tombstone, it is much appreciated. However, how can the name be corrected since the person who posted the original information has passed. He is listed as Frank Persall, rather than Piersall. If you can make the correction, please do.
Thank you again.
Thank you so much for posting all the photos for Michael Leon Ketcher. It is sad that he does not yet have a headstone.

|Heather Barron||RE: your dad|
Not a bother at all! I appreciate you doing this. Nick was actually my step dad but he was at the time the only father I knew.
His actual date of death is March 17. He was cremated and then buried at sea by his mother, brother and sister.
He was definitely an amazing guy. I still get a little choked up even though it's been 20 years.
He was in the Navy and was stationed on a ship in San Diego. I'm not sure when he moved back to Oklahoma exactly as we lost touch after he and my mom divorced when my sister was 18 months old (his 1 biological child) I do know he was working in construction.
He died as a result of having a grand mal seizure while driving to work.
His mother passed away in 1999 and his grandmother passed in 2007.
He referred to my mom, myself and my sister as "his 3 girls". From what I understand he still called us that up until he died.
Sorry so lengthy! Thank you again for making a memory of the only man I ever called daddy.
